Needed a pair of shoes I found on the website for Father’s Day and the site didn’t seem to have an option for in-store pick up. All it took was a quick call to the store and Tim took care of everything! He found the shoes I needed, offered to ship them out for me so my dad receives them before Father’s Day, and was able to pull up his profile with address that I didn’t know off the top of my head! Above and beyond customer service! There’s a reason my dad’s a loyal customer!
