This Outlet Store is now unable to take returns that were made online. This rule is not customer friendly. In the past I’ve returned online purchases to this same outlet store. For the prices Talbots charges their customer’s, they need to be more accommodating; whether online, in-store or at an Outlet. ~A.

Needed a pair of shoes I found on the website for Father’s Day and the site didn’t seem to have an option for in-store pick up. All it took was a quick call to the store and Tim took care of everything! He found the shoes I needed, offered to ship them out for me so my dad receives them before Father’s Day, and was able to pull up his profile with address that I didn’t know off the top of my head! Above and beyond customer service! There’s a reason my dad’s a loyal customer! ~Kelsey

Great Service from the Manager Jerry. Very knowledgeable about the shoes and coats. Based on Jerry's recommendation's I ended up buying several pairs of shoes, boots, tennis shoes and nice coat. The staff was well trained and really go that extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered. If they didn't have what I wanted in my size they would order and ship to me for the same sale price !! I highly recommend you visit this particular Cole Haan Outlet store. ~Paul

I was not expecting a Clarks employee to honestly make my day today. Outlet malls aren't known for good customer service. I had been shopping for shoes all afternoon across this mall and hadn't had a single employee at any store help me. But as soon as I walked into the Clarks outlet, Derek greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. He was jovial with every customer who walked in. Really happy with my purchases, and glad I stopped in. ~Scott

So the caveat is you’ll need to buy one pair at pretty much full retail to receive the second pair (mix/ match) @ 70% off. I really didn’t need two pairs so sadly I left the store without a purchase and went directly to Academy Sports and saved over $20 on the same shoe. I could’ve also bought the same shoe online for $20 less than this outlet store. ~WillyWorld

I returned pants worth $18, for which i was given back only $3.5 why? They gave me a store credit which none of the other store, the garland store itself who gave me that store credit recognized it. So overall my $18 were gone! I loved clothes at papaya, but their return/atore credit policy is not established as it should at garland location ~Khushboo
