I returned pants worth $18, for which i was given back only $3.5 why? They gave me a store credit which none of the other store, the garland store itself who gave me that store credit recognized it. So overall my $18 were gone! I loved clothes at papaya, but their return/atore credit policy is not established as it should at garland location

Unique clothes at dirt-cheap prices. I knocked a couple of stars off because the staff always acts like they're annoyed that you're shopping there. No matter the day or time, the girls working there just seem absolutely put out to ring up your purchases.

"I completely understand that with Covid we are all getting used to a different new normal . Its very challenging to buy clothes not knowing how they are going to fit and the fact that this store has a final sale policy did not strike me well". I totally agree with this review I understand you don't have alot of employees at the moment but if ya don't have fitting rooms for people to try clothes then why are ya even open. I was very disappointed with my visit.

Okay ima be straight up with yall the employee yall got named karen is the best customer service person i have ever met in my life! She is so nice and sweet and kind and and just amazing and she deserves a raise or promotion or something because she is one in a million no cap like yall got y’all someone great that should be recognized for the work that she puts in like wow that’s all i have to say

I love coming to this store. They have cute, cheap clothing. I've shopped here for awhile now. However, customer service could be way better. The girls at the counter spend their whole time gossiping and talking amongst themselves instead of paying attention to the customers. I didn't get greeted, just stared down when i walked in. Fix your customer service. Ive worked in service for a couple years now too and i know what is good and poor customer service, so try working on this to make the overall store quality better.

The workers are friendly specially the supervisor Alyssa she was so nice and helped me find an outfit for my friend. She brings good things to that store if you see this tell her I said good working skills and my friend loved the fit.

Store sucks so bad now! The fitting room smells like armpits. The cashier was so rude! I had a coupon and the girl said “we don’t do coupons.” Lol why did I find it on retailmenot then? Anyway the clothes is cheaply made, nothing worth buying. Should shut down honestly

The store was a nice experience & had what I was looking for. Although, one specific cashiers was rude & had an attitude the whole time I was being attended. She proceeded to talk to the other workers and didn't even greet us, which was not a good experience. 😡

I went to pick up an application today and i talked to one of your representatives about the job and she said they were hiring and gave me an application. So later on I went to turn in my application today and one of your sales woman named Perla told me that y’all weren’t hiring even though there was a sign on the counter right in front of me saying yall were hiring at the Firewheel Mall in Garland Tx. She was very unprofessional and rude.

*WARNiNG TO ALL* I decided to return an item and get store credit. I lost my the receipt which had my store credit info on it , unfortunately. Everyone knows things happen. So I called the store to see What I should do in a case like this (thinking they'd help me out) and instead they said there was nothing they could do for me. I then called corporate and they said the same! Which left me to think this company doesn't think/care about their customers! They don't do returns for money back so you'd think they'd at least keep better track of store credit in their system to where their customers don't have to feel robbed of their money. They pretty much just took my money and got away with it! I did like papaya but after this I will no longer be shopping there and this is just a warning to make sure for whoever shops there to keep track of your store credit(wear it around your neck, tattoo it on your body, etc) or else they'll rob you of your money too!
