One of the best shops for small children.

The laziest 2 store managers (2 white young girls) I have ever seen. I was going to purchase boys sneakers in the Carter’s section and asked for help me to determine the price during Christmas sales, so these 2 girls during 5 minutes could not decide who of them will help me until I insisted on help. It was a working day night and the store was empty, only me and 2 store managers.

Very bad staff, the employee who was in charge of letting people go to the store had us outside for 20 minutes with a heat of 85 degrees and only to tell us that they were closing. I don't know how many customers they let in. but there were only 4 inside the store. The woman at the door, very badly educated, I understand that having a sore foot and having to work so she better stay at home

The store was over crowded with inventory, it was hard to look at anything. Clothes were packed very tight on the racks, subsequently there were items all over the floor. Merchandise was just thrown about everywhere. The cashier talked very quickly and mumbled' she did not look you in the eye or smile. I won't be back.

Really like the store; didn't find what I was looking for. Didn't really have a place for stuffed animals in general location. Store was clean & cute.

Have good sales all the time. Rewards are amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Helped find clothes for my child that we could not find otherwise. Nice job

Probably one of the best children's stores around if you would like to get everything in one stop. We visit this store every few months and they always have new clothing and new designs here so you are not buying the same thing every time. Makes life so much easier

Too costly and no good offers. You can find better offers in other stores where carter’s merchandise is sold like Macys... staff here is in a mad mood and with an attitude, most of the times.

This review is directed towards one specific staff member at this location unfortunately I was not able to get her name but I believe she was the Supervisor in charge since she had the store keys, for the purpose of this review let's just call her Beth. I visited this location today with my sister and my 2.5yr old son who is in the process of being potty trained. While shopping around my son told us he needed to go potty. While in the midst of telling my sister that the restrooms were all the way down the outlet a staff member named Sarah (I made sure to get her name) overheard us and offered for us to use the restroom in the store. She walked us towards the back and pointed out where the restroom was. I thanked her a few times because anyone who has a toddler that's potty training knows how fast you have to act. Anyways my sister was trying to get into the hallway where the restroom was while Beth was putting items away. Beth just stood there making it impossible for my sister to get through once she realized my sister was waiting she rudely asked what my sister needed. My sister explained how my son just needed to use the restroom. Beth then told my sister that she could not just walk back there and walked her literally not even a foot to the bathroom. She opened the door, went in and then started throwing bags of trash out of the restroom into the hallway along with a rack on rollers all with an extreme attitude. My sister stood there awkwardly and kept apologizing/thanking her. Not once did Beth look up or acknowledge her. After my sister went into the restroom Beth came out and confronted Sarah (the employee who let us use the bathroom) and told her that customers were to be walked back there (which Sarah did so I'm not sure why that was an issue) and also told her that she wasn't allowed to just tell customers they can use the bathroom. I just stood there in awe while Beth was extremely rude to Sarah for providing excellent customer service. When Beth finally walked away I decided to say something to Sarah to let her know that I really appreciated what she did for us and how Beth was a complete b*tch to my sister. My blood was seriously boiling at this point because I couldn't believe how this girl was acting. The best part is another staff member pointed out the restrooms ,just like Sarah had to us, to another customer as my sister was walking out. Beth didn't say a word to this other employee. The restroom is a public restroom with a changing kola sticker on the front door which is obviously meant for customers, the hallway is open for customers to be able to walk back by themselves and use the bathroom. I'm confused as to why there were literally bags and bags of trash along with other items in a bathroom meant for customers. I hope who ever is in charge at this location takes a good hard look at this supervisor and also praises Sarah for the great customer service she provided to us.
