Great Service from the Manager Jerry. Very knowledgeable about the shoes and coats. Based on Jerry's recommendation's I ended up buying several pairs of shoes, boots, tennis shoes and nice coat. The staff was well trained and really go that extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered. If they didn't have what I wanted in my size they would order and ship to me for the same sale price !! I highly recommend you visit this particular Cole Haan Outlet store.

Love the items carried in the store. However, I found a pair of shoes in the clearance section that I loved and asked an associate about the price since there was no additional signage in the clearance section. The associate informed me that they just place regular stock NOT on sale in the clearance section-which is EXTREMELY misleading and false advertising. Be careful to just check the price on anything you want to buy before getting to the register.

Very good sale on zero grand shoes. Have been wanting to pull the trigger on buying a pair to improve my everyday work shoe game. With the help of an associate, I found a very comfortable pair of size 13's (I wear a 14, but Cole Haan shoes RUN A SIZE SMALLER). There was also a 60% off sale. Will definitely be back for more.

I am little suspicious about their pricing. The last time I checked a pair of shoes they were for around $100 and which were put on a 50% sale during 4th of July by doubling the ticket price to $200+. Watch out!

Their classic collection is great... Their new stuff is hideous. Tad pricey in comparison to Allen Edmonds, considering they aren't made in the USA, but AE is. However CH's classics are more comfortable than AE's
