Really great pharmacy. Pharmacists always make sure I have my proper meds and if I need to pick up sooner they always will do it earlier in the day if needed. Very nice people here pharmacy and in store. Pharmacy also has a drive thru which is super convenient! Switched here years ago instead of CVS and will never switch again. Thank you guys for working so hard to get everyone their prescriptions. Special shout out to Antonio for being such a sweetheart! Also Miranda and a couple others here as well you are all doing a great job!

I think this is the worst service I’ve ever received…. Anywhere! Okay to start off, I placed an appointment to get 3 different vaccines, once my appointment came up, I showed up ( didn’t receive a warning call or anything ) and was told that they didn’t have any and that they would get them the next morning, okay great! So then I made another another appointment for the next day, guess what they said? “I’m sorry but we just gave out our last vaccines” … what’s the point of an appointment if they just give away their vaccines? And again, like I stated before, they didn’t give any call letting me know ahead of time that they didn’t have ANY of the vaccines. Anyways, they tell me to come again the next day and they will for sure have my vaccines… guess what? THEY DIDNT HAVE THEM! So they told me to come back today and they assured me that they’d have them both today. They only had one of them… I really don’t understand why this pharmacy is so unorganized. About everyone I watched in line were also having issues with their prescriptions being due but the pharmacy “ didn’t have them and should have them the next day “ YEAH RIGHT! Anyways, my point is, go to rite aid or CVS for your vaccinations, they helped me out literally an hour later with no issues, I hope this helps you out :)

Extremely rude employee at the fed ex/picture desk. Literally just refusing to do her job. Brought in a paid for fed ex package to be shipped and she refused to take it. Wouldn't give an explanation just kept saying we can't take it. If that's the case, take your signs down. Remove yourself as a place listed to drop off fed ex packages.

My doctors office called in m prescriptions to this location(because I have been using them for years) and they have had the prescription for over a week because they no longer take my insurance but never bothered to call and tell me. I called them twice within the week and was told they had not received them even though the doctors office confirmed sending them.

You will not find a better pharmacy than this Walgreens off of Cal Oaks!! The entire staff is friendly and have always made me feel valued. They call me if they have questions and my prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately. I never have to worry about anything. I have been a customer for many years and they are like family. You will not regret it, stop by because their customer service is the best!!

The worst Wallgreens we have been to! Called and asked if they had Measles vaccine, said yes come on in. We got there 1 hour later after hour drive in traffic and were told NO, you have to reserve?! What? We just called! Then asked if we could reserve and was told NO because they don’t know when they are receiving more. The craziest conversation I have ever had, and that was the pharmacist.
