ARCO

If I could give this car wash a -0 I would have. I brought my car to get detailed paying $160 and bringing tip money. I had my car there for 4 hours and no one wanted to do the detail work so it just didn't get done. These guys don't understand that is their job and they can't pick and choose which aspect of their job they would like to do that day. They should stop offering detail work if they keep the current employees who choose not to do the work. On top of that it was a hassle to get the money back in the gas station after being told it would not be done and men just left due to not wanted to do the work. It was a complete waste of a day and something that left me dumbfounded. I had no words for the man telling me the car would not be done due to employees having no respect for their superiors nor the customers. I think a handful of them need to be fired. Worst and most uncomfortable thing I have ever dealt with. ~Madelyn

Circle K

I go to this location at least a few time a week & the past few weeks the service has been unacceptable. 99% of the employees are on their phones, even the manager!! Also they talk trash about other customers as they leave, as I left this morning from the store other customer came out & told the guy working was talking trash about me. Its because i came in with a few lotto tickets & the employee made a big deal about! Also he tried to give the tickets back & told me to scratch it so he can see the bar, i had to point out to him that the barcode was. ( I use to work at a gas station) That is way the liquor store ( right next to it) & 7-11 ( right the down street 2 mins away) will be getting my business. Plus there prices are cheaper. Also half the time the car wash is working they just don't want to ring it up. ~John

CVS

FIRST: Below are pics of my CVS receipt from my last (rare) visit. I bought THREE items. My receipt was over THREE FEET LONG. One foot of paper PER ITEM (for the mathematically disinclined ;) It's a wasteful and annoying practice I wish they'd end. Time to catch up to this century's technology with receipts and coupons. *SIDE NOTE: If you need a good laugh... go Google "CVS Receipt Costume." Go do it. NOW. 😂 This CVS is like all of 'em: every day items are WAY overpriced. You can get most of the same products for cheaper at Walgreens, Dollar Tree, or .99 Cents Only store, and buy higher end hair and beauty products online, at Sally Beauty, even Ross or TJ Maxx at a lot lower price. It's also dirty and disorganized. LOTS of junk crammed into every square inch of the checkout area— little room for the customer. The cashier area is super confusing— do we form ONE line? Separate lines at each cashier? What are we doing here? It varies. There are no signs posted. It adds to the checkout wait times. For pharmacy customers: If you have any major surgeries in your future, or if you're a chronic pain patient with cancer, MS, RA, or another debilitating disease, CVS now limits ALL pain medications to a 7 DAY supply. However well-intentioned this policy may be, it only serves to make life exponentially more difficult for legit patients who are recovering from surgeries, disabled, injured, and/or chronic pain patients. And it does nothing to reduce opioid OD deaths. (CDC's own data.) But if CVS wants to alienate their long-time, "legit" customers and contribute to a problematic stigma... that's their choice. Just know what you're in for. ~NorseForse

CVS

I really really wish I knew this pharmacist's name, but he's always so sweet and accommodating to me, and goes out of his way to remember my name. As a trans person, going to the pharmacy to pick up hormones can be pretty scary, so having a member of staff be so kind to me genuinely means the world to me. ~Rusty
