Best gas station in Murrieta, California (CA) 2024

If I could give this car wash a -0 I would have. I brought my car to get detailed paying $160 and bringing tip money. I had my car there for 4 hours and no one wanted to do the detail work so it just didn't get done. These guys don't understand that is their job and they can't pick and choose which aspect of their job they would like to do that day. They should stop offering detail work if they keep the current employees who choose not to do the work. On top of that it was a hassle to get the money back in the gas station after being told it would not be done and men just left due to not wanted to do the work. It was a complete waste of a day and something that left me dumbfounded. I had no words for the man telling me the car would not be done due to employees having no respect for their superiors nor the customers. I think a handful of them need to be fired. Worst and most uncomfortable thing I have ever dealt with. ~Madelyn

I go to this location at least a few time a week & the past few weeks the service has been unacceptable. 99% of the employees are on their phones, even the manager!! Also they talk trash about other customers as they leave, as I left this morning from the store other customer came out & told the guy working was talking trash about me. Its because i came in with a few lotto tickets & the employee made a big deal about! Also he tried to give the tickets back & told me to scratch it so he can see the bar, i had to point out to him that the barcode was. ( I use to work at a gas station) That is way the liquor store ( right next to it) & 7-11 ( right the down street 2 mins away) will be getting my business. Plus there prices are cheaper. Also half the time the car wash is working they just don't want to ring it up. ~John
