I go to this location at least a few time a week & the past few weeks the service has been unacceptable. 99% of the employees are on their phones, even the manager!! Also they talk trash about other customers as they leave, as I left this morning from the store other customer came out & told the guy working was talking trash about me. Its because i came in with a few lotto tickets & the employee made a big deal about! Also he tried to give the tickets back & told me to scratch it so he can see the bar, i had to point out to him that the barcode was. ( I use to work at a gas station) That is way the liquor store ( right next to it) & 7-11 ( right the down street 2 mins away) will be getting my business. Plus there prices are cheaper. Also half the time the car wash is working they just don't want to ring it up.

normally when I come in the cashiers are great! Chrystal and Taylor always have my smokes ready to go when I get to the front the line and Steve is hilarious. But sadly after Roger was promoted anytime I see the new manager on the register I turn around and walk right out. She always has one airpod in and the who ever she is talking to is obviously more important than anything a customer has to say. She will be laughing and joking with who ever is on the phone barely will acknowledge my presence. One time I was in the store and asked another cashier who the rude woman and she informed me that she was the new manager! And then 2 more people in line were like "i know who exactly you are talking about she does the same thing to us!". I dont even mind her being on the phone but she cant even hold her conversation to check me out for the 2 min it takes for my order to go through. It is sad I have to leave a one star because the other employees are so great and conversive. They seem like they actually care when they tell you to have a good day and take pride in their customer service. even when their is a line through the store and one cashier on the register instead of opening up another drawer I can hear her cackling on the phone in the back. Sorry circle K team I love you guys just not the new management.

This one girl was super chill and she really is a great employee, she even sang wap by cardi b for me. A bunch of people walked in tho lol it was still lit tho. Anyways she deserves a raise and she hit those phat notes even on the phone with me lolol anyways peace out fools🐬🐬🐬

Went on a late night run. Always pleasant customer service but tonight the cashier was not friendly and acted as if i was a bother to him. When i asked for 2 different kinds of smokes he actually huffed when he had to go back, turn around, to the rack a 2nd time due to him not hearing me. It was rude, i thought, and i got no hello or a thank you when i was done. Walked out shaking my head. Tim should not be working cs if he can't be more friendly. Sorry for the complaint but i went in happy and came out a little frustrated. Thanks Also, rayne is the best in cs.

Bought two Monsters and got ice in my cup. Charged me 96 cents for ice! I travel a lot and this the first time I’ve ever been charged for ice. Ripoff. I’ll never stop here again!
