I had a pharmacist Nicole Marchese call me in regards of my prescription, she was very rude, and inappropriate. This pharmacist had yelled at me over the phone and then proceeded to cuss at me. I don’t know what facility like cvs would hire someone in a medical field to have such low standards in this kind of profession. She needs to be fired!

I really really wish I knew this pharmacist's name, but he's always so sweet and accommodating to me, and goes out of his way to remember my name. As a trans person, going to the pharmacy to pick up hormones can be pretty scary, so having a member of staff be so kind to me genuinely means the world to me.

Clean store, good beer selection, I've never had a problem at the pharmacy and people working have never come off as "unfriendly". Maybe people complaining about this location forget it's just people at work getting through the day and you get what you give. It's not your RIGHT to shop here. Treat people serving the general public better and they'll treat you the same.

Horrible customer service. I come in at 3:30 and am told that my prescription can’t be filled until tomorrow. I asked why and she said they didn’t have time because they close at 10:00 pm. ??? That’s 6 1/2 hrs to fill the prescription. The lady I believe her name is Nicole is way overwhelmed and can’t handle doing multiple tasks at a time. If they can’t fill a basic prescription in 6 1/2 hrs they need more help.

Was here for over an hour to but 4 things!!! Slowest customer service, lack of on floor staffing and 2 customer agents lacked severe knowledge of their computer programs. When they called the manager they were not able to come assist. I'll stay with my other CVS thank you

I am from Charleston SC, was visiting and had to stay because of a family emergency. Ran out of my very important medication. They went out their way to help me. I guess those people who had a bad experience here must have been having a bad day.🤔🤗

Don't use this pharmacy!! TERRIBLE customer service! My child was sick with a high fever and they told me it would be 2 hours until the prescription was ready. I told them I wanted the prescription back to go elsewhere and the technician told me that it would take that long anywhere else which is NOT TRUE. She then went on to tell me that if she could stop talking to me and get started it wouldn't take that long, yet still marked down for the pharmacist to have it ready in 2 hours. I will not go back here and will tell everyone I know not to. Worst customer service! I wish I would have gotten the prescription back.

Went to pick up a prescription and was told had to come back in 30 minutes because the pharmacist was at lunch. Really??? Where's the customer service in that??? No notice to the customers that you should not come between a certain time period as the pharmacist would be at lunch. Shift supervisor said the pharmacy was always short staffed on the weekends and there was nothing she could do. Changing pharmacy for sure.

The pharmacy is a bit chaotic - but the staff running it seem overwhelmed, but always pleasant. The clerks for the regular part of the store all seem nice - except for the older lady with the longish grey hair - she always makes me feel like I am bothering her - and if you ask for a Propane refill she practically has a fit. I find this uncomfortable. I always pick up the propane tank myself when she does it and even put the empty in the spot she points to - both her and I are approx the same age - and I don't mind helping, but she doesn't even say thank you - she just sighs and acts very put out. The store is clean and the younger staff are very friendly. If the front of the house has become to much for this woman I suggest you don't allow her to be the face of this store.
