Store is ok, but this has to be the worst pharmacy around. Extremely slow service! Seriously considering Walgreen's!

I have NEVER had a good experience with this pharmacy. The staff is rude and very unhelpful, and extremely unsensitive to people with psychiatric disorders.

This place is a freaking joke. The poor cashier is just trying to get by. Apparently the photo app and the website are not a combined entity? Come on CVS get your company together why put out a photo app that doesn't communicate with the store? The coupons are different and no communication on that feature? If you use the app the cost for 200 prints is $78 and if you use the website is $19! Ridiculous CVS delete the freaking app it's pointless and a waste of storage in people's phones.

Some people not allowed to serve others, this applies to Leticia at Drive True testing site. Extremely rude by character, vindictive in nature, doesn’t understand simple requests from customers and Pharmacist, poor appearance and luck of personal hygiene. Her presence sadly tarnish professional work and good will of others at this location.

Great customer service and patience. I went for a COVID19 test and the young lady was very clear on instructions. Even when asking for my insurance information she explained to me exactly what she needed. This was not the case at the LE location. I had a way better experience here!

I was trying to call in a prescription for a patient before the pharmacy closed. The person on the phone refused to take the verbal prescription order and refused to give the patient who was waiting at the store information about a 24 hour pharmacy nearby. While I was in mid-sentence, explaining the urgency of the prescription, she then hung up on me!!! No explanation; terrible customer service. I will direct my patients to go to other pharmacies.

Wonderful store, terrible pharmacy. Clerks won't help. Pharmacist can't keep drugs for long time customers. It's like there want you to go somewhere else. Today it's Clinton Keith CVS .

Great location, very convienent, go there for my everyday needs as it is very close to my home. But when I went to talk to those working at the pharmacy, one of the males, ignored me completely and was unwilling to help.

Decent enough store with a convenient location especially if you don't have a car. Not a ton of frozen/fresh foods but the basics are there. Also have basic household items u might need.
