Beware: Pharmacist refused to forward prescriptions to another CVS as they were sent here by mistake. Difficult to work with, and after asking 3 times he said "no". due to dental surgery i gave up and left rather than argue. wish i could have picked up my meds near home. Terrible customer service.

I’m new to Murrieta and this is definitely the absolute worst CVS I’ve ever been to in my life. If google would allow me to give them zero stars, I would. They have the worst, most miserable employees and they have items locked up! You have to ask the associates for help and they always have you wait and they always respond with attitudes. I would recommend folks to just go to Target down the street, go ANYWHERE else, seriously lol

FIRST: Below are pics of my CVS receipt from my last (rare) visit. I bought THREE items. My receipt was over THREE FEET LONG. One foot of paper PER ITEM (for the mathematically disinclined ;) It's a wasteful and annoying practice I wish they'd end. Time to catch up to this century's technology with receipts and coupons. *SIDE NOTE: If you need a good laugh... go Google "CVS Receipt Costume." Go do it. NOW. 😂 This CVS is like all of 'em: every day items are WAY overpriced. You can get most of the same products for cheaper at Walgreens, Dollar Tree, or .99 Cents Only store, and buy higher end hair and beauty products online, at Sally Beauty, even Ross or TJ Maxx at a lot lower price. It's also dirty and disorganized. LOTS of junk crammed into every square inch of the checkout area— little room for the customer. The cashier area is super confusing— do we form ONE line? Separate lines at each cashier? What are we doing here? It varies. There are no signs posted. It adds to the checkout wait times. For pharmacy customers: If you have any major surgeries in your future, or if you're a chronic pain patient with cancer, MS, RA, or another debilitating disease, CVS now limits ALL pain medications to a 7 DAY supply. However well-intentioned this policy may be, it only serves to make life exponentially more difficult for legit patients who are recovering from surgeries, disabled, injured, and/or chronic pain patients. And it does nothing to reduce opioid OD deaths. (CDC's own data.) But if CVS wants to alienate their long-time, "legit" customers and contribute to a problematic stigma... that's their choice. Just know what you're in for.

Such a HORRIBLE pharmacy. I call to see if my prescription is ready. They say yes. I say ok I will be there in 5-10 minutes. They say OK. I show up 7 minutes later and I am told I can not get prescription because the pharmacist is on lunch for an hour. I explain this is a prescription I got multiple times I do not need the pharmacist. They say too bad. I go back to work. After work I go to get it and guess what??? Pharmacist is at lunch? WHAT? I make a stink and the at lunch pharmacist hears and clocks back in to give me the prescription I need. 2nd time now: I call and ask if prescription is ready. They say in 5-10 minutes. I ask when the pharmacist lunch is. I leave work and show up 30 minutes later and they say I need to wait 20 minutes for my prescription to be ready. I explain that 30 minutes ago I was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes and I need to get back to work. Never got the prescription before I had to be back at work. Now I need to go back to CVS AGAIN. I have others also but not writing every one down.

I've moved 4x in the past 5 years. I've had 4 different CVS pharmacies. This is by far the most challenging one. For some reason their policies are different than the other CVS. They can't sync all your prescriptions to be picked up at one time, and more often than not there seems to be some glitch which prevents me from picking up my prescriptions or having to come back later. Never had these kinds of issues at any if the other CVS pharmacies.

Came in today for our first dose COVID vaccine and it was super easy . We were helped by Karim the pharmacist and he was so kind and helpful, truly made it a breeze. We drove from another city because this was the closest place we could get a Pfizer vaccine and it was definitely worth the drive.

I find a lot of these one stars to be fake. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 25 years and always have received exceptional service. If there are several people in line they always add additional help, you never have to wait very long to pick up a prescription. If you don’t like waiting go there during off peak hours, Sundays are the best time. I find everyone that works there to be very friendly and helpful. So about the coupon receipt, you get those at ALL the CVS stores not just the Hancock location. Yes it is a smaller store but keep in mind it’s been there forever and recently remodeled. There have been many times I walk in and they don’t say hello to me because they’re busy, they’re not racist there. I don’t know why people can’t be nice, mistakes happen everywhere.

It seems that their prescription policies are different than other CVS locations. I've never had issues with refilling prescriptions untill I moved all of mine to this location. And I was treated with indifference and near rudness when tried to inquire and was dismissed when I brought the issue up. Not very customer friendly.

There’s a Spanish lady that works in the pharmacy that is borderline unapproachable. She’s rude, flat, and a bit snide. I have no idea why. But if she doesn’t like her job , she needs to find a new one. I go to another CVS now because it literally gives me anxiety to think about having to interact with that negative energy again. Maybe it’s the color of my skin or my appearance that triggers her to be so nasty.
