I think the people that are writing these bad comments on this staff are wrong. This is a smaller CVS in a huge target sometimes the line will get long but customer service is never been bad. If you are grumpy from waiting in line go to a bigger CVS. They can only help so many people at a time. There staff is always and polite and never have I ever seen them be rude. On the other hand I have seen so many people in a ((rush)) be rude to them. I appreciate this staff and all they do there. Thank you!

The pharmacists are great! However, every experience I have makes me walk away feeling they are short staffed. I just spent an hour and six minutes on hold this evening waiting to speak to anyone before I gave up. I really need a prescription filled and this was the only time I had to call. So I will be looking for a new pharmacy. Great people, but I can't afford to wait for so long.

This location is worse than the dmv as far as wait times. No urgency. No acknowledgement of new customers in line. Definitely understaffed and needs help badly

Wonderful pharmacy! We have used this CVS pharmacy for the past 2 1/2 years. They always go out of their way to help in any way needed for our prescriptions. In addition, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We are very happy with the service at this location, and would highly recommend it!

I use these guys all the time... this time however they shorted me 1/2 0f my prescription. when I called and explained I had just opened and counted them I noticed I had been shorted when I called they basically told me I was wrong they double count etc. eyc... needless to say next rx I pick up I'm opening in front of them and counting them..

This pharmacy is slow but with some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I called on a Monday to refill two prescriptions. One needed to just be refilled and the other one needed to be filled by my doctor. I go in 5 days later to pick up my prescriptions. The prescription that needed to be filled by my doctor was ready but the 1 that the person previously had told me they had refills of and "would get done for me right away" was not ready. Then I asked them to fill it in they proceed to rudely tell me that it's going to be at least a 15 minute wait because they are busy. I ask to speak to the manager Jenny and she gives me a 1/2 hearted apology for me having to wait and told me that they're too busy to fill my prescription right away even though they are the ones who neglected to fill it 5 days prior. I will be at moving to a different pharmacy that I can trust is going to refill my prescriptions in a promptly manner and make me trust them enough to be able to handle my medication without making me feel like I need to double check that I got the correct pills when I get home.

The staff are nice and I appreciate their work, but the whole layout of the pharmacy is incredibly poor. There's no place to stand when a line forms without blocking the whole aisle, there's only 1 bench to sit on and wait for your prescription, the drop off window is always backed up and they can't help you at any other window if that person is busy. Last time I was there I had to wait 15 minutes for the patient on the phone to let the pharmacy tech off the line just to wait another almost 10 to find out they didn't have my medication in stock. Which is odd, because half the time I call I have to wait a long time to speak with anyone. This pharmacy desperately needs a remodel and more staffing.

Everytime I have to go in there to drop off a medication it takes about 45min to get it filled and since I live a little far, I have to wait. When I was going to Walgreens, it'd only take like 15-20min. But alas I am required to go to CVS. Some lady came in 15 min after me and they called her first.

The employees at this CVS are not very customer service oriented. I just moved here from a small town with just one pharmacy. I needed help navigating the system here and getting prescriptions transferred. They seemed very put out by having to help me.

My wife asked the person behind the CVS counter if they have the 8 hour cold pack. That person got real angry that my wife asked her for help. "This pharmacy is CVS and the stuff out there is Target", but no reason to be a rude person. I will not use the CVS pharmacy until this rather tall blonde woman is no longer there. UNBELIEVABLE!!
