Beware! Expired food and produce everywhere!! Check exp. dates before you buy!!! For starters, in the produce fridge all of their Celery in about 6-7 boxes where all expired by a week! Bagels in bakery were expired! There is other depts. to name but it's too much to add here! Automotive dept. is a joke! I went to exchange a bad dead auto battery and didn't have my receipt with me, I bought it at the Corona Ca Sam's club store and the associate would not excgange it with out a receipt! He could have sent me to their customer service desk to look up the receipt, but because they have no customer service experience or traing he sent me home to get the receipt. Horrible service! I've exchanged batteries before here with no problem in the past, but this incomoetent associate was stubborn to resolve and fix my battery exchange problem! Bad management, rude non customer service oriented. Bad management terrible service store.

Hello, I was in this place I wanted to buy pizza, but the sellers told me that this pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, I asked them what this pizza is called, they did not answer me and began to ignore me. I told them that I would wait 20 minutes for what they were very dissatisfied and talked to each other pointing to my side. I bought another food with a mug and waited. Literally after 3 minutes this pizza was ready, I got in line and bought this pizza, but they looked at me with displeasure, I was surprised why what I did im wrong, decent sellers apologize for false information But these sellers on the contrary cheated about waiting 20 minutes and that their deception was exposed after 3 minutes. What is even worse for the time when I was waiting for the second line for pizza my mug fell on the ground and other people threw it away I asked the seller to give me a mug, I was refused and they said pay for the second mug. I paid and was patient and very cultured and it became very unpleasant for me to be and left. This is a funny story, but it shows that there is a very bad attitude towards customers and no respect, and that they do not give a choice, but on the contrary, they seem to want to show the jackpot what they offer. This is a very bad service!

Just love the scan and go. I shop scan as I go and can watch what I spend. Best way to price check if needed. Best part, if I don't buy any alcohol I can pay and head out the door. No waiting in long register lines

Purchasing and general staff members are kind. But god forbidden you need to make an exchange for a purchased product that same day. Customer service lead was rude. Question whether they even carried that product, despite having the receipt of the exact product. Then making another coworker escort us to make sure we got the right one. Meanwhile speaking behind our backs and giving us dirty looks. Poor girl that walked with us apologized for what the other one had done. The visit for exchange lasted a 5 minutes. Make sure you have don’t need to return or exchange anything you’ll be fine.

Waited in line for 1 hour to get a membership and still had 3 people in front off me. Took them 20 min per person to sign up. The manager didn’t help and just watched. I paid for the membership online while waiting in line and it charged me twice then said I need to contact member service. Horrible service

It's a BAD joke when you scan your own items and pay, ... then you get to the exit door, (another line to wait in) , and today? the "gatekeeper" scanned EVERY one of my items in the cart. There were 6 or 7 items, and each one was scanned 1 or 2 at a time as he was going to catch me Stealing? Why not just make me pay at the exit door? Boy Sam's Club does trust its members don't they? Yes Members.

Happily surprised that the gas lines weren't a mile long. I was able to get through the line and pump fuel in less than 6 minutes. It usually takes nearly 30 minutes. Was able to save a few bucks with gas price discount compared to other gas stations. I'll just have to remember to go again on a Tuesday at 5pm ;) The extra plus was that I was able to conveniently get my car windshield rock chips fixed in the Sam's parking lot right afterwards and it took less than 15 minutes!

I love Sam's club! I love the option to buy in bulk and save money. I also really love the scan and go option. It makes shopping super convenient: Not having to wait at a check stand, having to unload your cart, and you have a super easily accessible receipt. The only inconvenience i have found with the scan and go is in California you can't check out alcohol in the app or at self checkout which then you do have to wait in line. Other than that i shop here all the time.

I LOVE IT! My son got me a membership and omg I had to make myself leave the store. I like it better than costco cuz its not as big and you can navigate easier. But the prices were great and the selection for what I need is great! Check it out!! These here were between 4 n 7 bucks. Thats great prices for the sizes, especially the turmeric, it was less than 4 bucks! You cant get lamb chops for this price for that many ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very nice place. The customer service is very friendly. Lots to choose from and the membership is pretty reasonable. Please keep adding more organic options! :) Aisles are nice and big and I love the scan and go!
