The bakery is always denying cake requests. Why even have a bakery! Every time I come to order a cake they say we’re not taking orders, bakery is closed for the weekend. Wth? Thanks sams for tuning all the special occasions! Hire cake decorators who actually want to work!

Standard Sam's Club. Prices are a touch higher than Costco across the street. Clean and the lines go quickly. Premium gas prices were cheaper than at Costco. Would recommend especially if membership was free.

I ordered online for Pickup. I pulled into the Pickup parking space #9. I had received a message that I responded to, in order to check-in. I entered the number 9. After about 10 minutes with no response, I went directly to the Sams Club app, and also checked in there, and entered the #9, AGAIN. Another 20 minutes passed by, as other arrivals that came after me, were getting their orders. I was finally able to catch a guy delivering the orders. He checked, and he said it did not show that I had arrived. It seems that some of the space numbers don't work. If they don't work, shouldn't they have an "Out of Order" sign on them? That "glitch" needs to be fixed.

There's so much I can say about this place. There is a lot of stuff here to choose from it just all depends on what you're looking for but remember this place is made for families of four if you ask me. You'll find everything in pairs and triplets and more. One thing that sucks is the packaging. There's just way too much packaging and waste with everything. Plastic containers that I throw away. Cardboard packaging on everything.

Although the prices at the food court are great, the service is appalling. The staff is disorganized, the delivery and attitude is worse. I don’t understand how it takes 45 minutes to order a hot dog and pretzel the stand in another line to get it when people take cuts and the staff is too ignorant to notice. Very frustrating!

Tire and Battery crew are fantastic and friend and fast. Nathan at Sams glendora iwas very helpful and patient checking my car. No comparison to Costco staff. If you buy Sam's tires it's free rotation, flat repair and will always balance your tires when rotating them. Costco charges when balancing.

I like that they have an early access to Plus Members. Pharmacy is the best. I was informed that they can deliver your prescription via Fedex with no extra charge. Also my prescription is way cheaper than my insurance copay.

I went to get gas and I didn't appreciate being over charged. I have two five gallon fuel containers that I always fill and the pump was adding an extra half gallon for every 5 gallons pumped. I usually don't notice because I fill my vehicle first then these containers afterwards but this time I did the opposite and saw how inaccurate their pumps were essentially charging me two extra gallons of fuel total that I did not receive. I hope this is just them needing to calibrate their pumps and not them trying steal money out of their customers.

I like this location. It’s clean and organized. I love to go Christmas shopping here. To buy packages of candy and mixed nuts, for gift giving. I like their food and clothing selection. Their prices on bulk items are reasonable.
