I'm a bit surprised to see such low rated reviews. My experience has been great. Claritza helped me out and was able to instruct me through the things I wasn't aware of, and ultimately solve my problem in 5 minutes time, while having a smile on her face the whole time.

Worse bank ever. Worse customer service. You will have to wait forever every time don’t come here go to another location. They won’t even count your money if you have a lot you have to wait for whoever teller that feels like counting your money.

Horrible experience. Went in 3 times in one day to wire money. Virtually no one working there except a teller who tells you, after waiting on line for 15 minutes, that you have to sign in and see a non-existing desk person. I waited for over an hour two times but had to leave. The third time, same thing only someone came from back, took tellers duties from walk ins and I had been waiting there longer than the walk ins. I left again. Never returning. Avoid this branch like the plague.

Horrible experience. Went last week to open a joint savings account and fill out an application for a business credit card. I was supposedly speaking w a “business specialist” which means nothing bc she did my business card application incorrectly. I had to call corporate and the manager of this branch on multiple occasions across the span of 4 days before i gave up and just told them to deny it bc i didnt wana deal w the headache. Now i just find out that they changed MY personal address to the other persons address w whom i opened the joint bank account, which I never requested. Now my bank statements are going to someone else’s house. I’m leaving chase. This is ridiculous.

Sunshine opened my account early Spring 2018. I left understanding the services I signed for. I am relocating from NY. I think this branch ic convenient and should serve my needs.

I went in and was waiting on Angelica to open an account for me and she took over an hour to help me. Then when I told the DM Michael he decided to have a meeting with her which had me waiting for another half hour after he knew I had been waiting for a long time already..very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were no customers in the bank on a Saturday afternoon and when we asked to speak with someone they asked us to sit in the waiting area. We had to wait a really long time while they sat behind the counter laughing and eating. Horrible service.
