the worse employee and the worsr branch don't waist your time here the made me wait for 40 min ans the manager just walk around she is not helpful at all get pay for nothing

Very nasty experience came in for something very simple & they made me wait for people that came in AFTER me & treated me like a scammer by the time they had to service me. Sad cause I live close by & drive out the way to go to another Santander.

Their website is the worst!! For Businesses you can forget about trying to log in and retrieve a bank statement or do any banking online. They charge ridiculous fees just to have the account. We will be taking our money out of there very soon. Absolutely the worst banking experience ever!
