Waited in line for an hour and a half after my doctor had sent in the order. And was told to come back tomorrow in the afternoon. Honestly it would have been faster if they had sent my order to a different location and me to drive there.

There are always at least 5 cars waiting, today there were 12! Can't go inside because they have it closed. I've been trying to get my prescription for three days!

I went there to get some cleaning supplies and some medicine, their staff come to me and tell me they going to close and in the meantime, I ask him for some medical supplies question, but he just ignore me and walk away, I was thinking maybe he didn’t hear me, so I keep looking and trying hurry to checkout, but he comes back to tell me they are closing now the bank is close will not checkout anything, WoW what a great service!!

~UPDATE~ I feel the last time I was in was what I had guessed... An off day... Today was great, kind, courteous, helpful pharm techs and pharmacist. Decent speed in getting my prescription filled even with an issue again with my insurance. (Wish I could rate them 😂) I am happy to report a much better interaction in the pharmacy! The pharmacy seems to be ok, took a prescription to them and waited for a while before they called me up and they were quite confusing about what was going on with my insurance and why they couldn't give me the number of pills on my script. They told me to call my Dr. to sort it so I did he fixed whatever issue it was and then they still have me guff. They may have just been overwhelmed that day with something so I will give them another chance and I will see what is different. And change the review as the service may reflect.
