Everyone at Car Search USA was incredibly super helpful. I purchased a 2006 Mazda Rx8 from them recently. I had found the vehicle online for sale. At first I was a bit skeptical about going through with the transaction as I am in Texas and the vehicle was in California. I communicated with Keven on a regular basis to work out how I could go about going to purchase this vehicle. I made the trip out to California Keven arranged to have the vehicle ready for me. He has always been extremely upfront with me. Explained to me everything I needed to know about the vehicles condition over the phone and when I arrived everything he had told me was on point. I chose to purchase the vehicle and drive it back to Texas, the vehicle brought me back home and I have not had any issues with it just as Keven assured me. When it came time to do my vehicle registration from California to Texas, I came upon an issue with the Title. All I had to do was call Keven and Cristina (in the Title department) and both jumped up to help with anything I needed. Cristina very quickly sent me a label to ship it back to them, fixed the problem in no time, and shipped it back to me very quickly. I appreciate that very much. Even at the DMV, a date was missing on my title and all I had to do was call Car Search and Keven got me what I needed right away so that i would not need to do an extra trip to the DMV. I cannot stress enough how on top of everything everyone has been, from Keven to Cristina to Jessica. You all have made my life so easy in purchasing this vehicle. Thank you so so much for all your help and making this purchase a positive experience when there were so many areas anyone could have dropped the ball. You all did not. Everyone was so open to helping me quickly and thoroughly and I appreciate all of you. I highly recommend doing business with Car Search USA , with Keven who is the best! Cristina and Jessica as well. The customer service I received exceeded all my expectations, especially when coming from out of town and not knowing what to expect when I arrived. The people at Car Search USA are always there to help you out.

Honest Review - 2012 Range Rover May 2022 TLDR; Car Search is a USED CAR enterprise Car Search is in the business of sourcing and selling cars They are not car experts or enthusiasts Adjust your expectations Know what you’re talking about before you get there Get your own mechanic or take to dealership Document & Save Everything A lot of people come here wanting to buy luxury cars. Based on other reviews, the place seems to appeal to inexperienced buyers who only see luxury vehicles at “low prices”. Regardless of how affordable the cost looks up front, remember it’s still a luxury vehicle. That means higher maintenance costs and even higher costs for repairs. Be sure that you truly want the car you’re buying. Again, you’re buying a USED car. Not a new lease or a certified pre-owned vehicle. DO NOT go in expecting or even thinking for a second that you will not have to take care of repairs or bring the car up to date on routine maintenance before it’s clear to drive. You don’t want to incur any extra damage or wear. Seems like a lot of people think they’re just going to drive off and do nothing, like they bought a model year. Know what you’re buying. If you’re looking at any luxury vehicle you need to have an understanding of what it may cost to maintain and repair it. Especially if it is older, or has over 50K miles. Don’t expect it to be cheap. And be prepared to deal with this stuff immediately. You need to be realistic, especially about what you can afford. If it’s your first time with the make/model you’re buying, then do some thorough research. When you go, look at everything, try to test drive. I was told I couldn’t test drive when I went initially, but I should have looked more under the hood and looked for rust/corrosion under the car. Likely wouldn’t have impacted my decision about the car, but still. Not sure how anyone—including the LR dealership that supposedly did all of this routine maintenance according to CarFax—could have missed all of that. There was an obvious coolant leak and corroded radiator hoses. Someone at CarSearch definitely knew about the leak. The car had been driven since arriving at CarSearch (comparing the listed mileage on various documents in the paperwork that I signed) and the reservoir was topped off way over the fill line the day I first took it home. Kevin was chill and fun to talk to. He did a good job discussing the financial stuff. Another positive thing is that Car Search does offer a 30 Day Warranty for serious issues with the Engine and Transmission, but they need to be more clear on the dollar amount that they are willing to cover. They only do up to 1500. Don’t recall seeing that on the Buyer’s Guide sticker. Not much when it comes to repairing luxury vehicles. After confirming the coolant leak (which, btw I photo documented heavily) with my mechanic, I brought the car back for that and to have the battery replaced that had already died. They sent it to a 3rd party mechanic who replaced the battery and did a minor fix on the key that was coming apart. They said there was NO LEAK. I can only speculate as to why. Perhaps the leak self-sealed in the heat; maybe they just didn’t want to deal with it if an estimated repair cost exceeded what the warranty covered. Anyway, I didn’t come to play or put a bandaid on a serious issue. I knew going in, and even told Kevin, how common coolant leaks are with these cars. I anticipated the problem and it was the first thing I looked for. No way I was going to risk letting it continue and blowing the engine. All in all, I ended up spending the same amount I put down on the car to handle necessary and preventative repairs. Absolutely NOT thrilled about that, but at least I know it’s done and done right. Now I can relax and have fun driving my baby! And I’ll keep making repairs as needed because this really is my dream car. I love it! This design is the only one I’ve ever liked. So I’ll do what I can. Would love to push it another 100K miles!

Had a so-so experience at this place. Kevin is a good dude, I enjoyed talking to him, but like many car places, this place tends to make promises and then not deliver on them the minute they've got their sale in the bag. I was a promised a vehicle, cleaned and detailed, ready to be driven off the lot in 1-2 days. I took them at their word and made a down payment. It ended up taking an extra day for repairs, it wasn't detailed at all, and the minute I drove it off the lot there were 2 new engine lights coming on. I ended up not buying the car, and I am grateful to them for giving me a full refund instead of holding me to the paperwork I signed. Their 30 day return policy is actually a really great thing that I wish more places would have. Now, they promised to re-emburse me for my uber ride to the lot from 45 minutes away, but once I returned the car, they no longer responded to my messages for this. So while this place has it's good elements, policies, and staff, little things like this definitely turned me off.

Jack was our salesman, he was helpful. Kevin was the finance guy and was awesome: Jessica was the receptionist and made sure our child was happy when in the office, offering him Juices and snacks. As with any used car Our BMW had minor things pop up after the sale. However we were very pleased with how the dealership handled the minor issues. They kept all their promises and made sure we were happy with our purchase. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what was promised. I treaded them with respect and they did the same! I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I normally don’t post, but I felt obligated to here because of the terrible quality of service and utter LACK of authenticity this place has. I went to check out a convertible BMW. When I got there they proceeded to tell me that the top doesn’t come down, the seats are broken, and the engine battery is dead - all things they were NOT listed on the ad. The attitude that these people have is atrocious! They are condescending and give a bad name to all auto dealers! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Horrible place to buy a car everyone there has a attitude or they will be busy until they finally finish. Worst part was I went in 3 pm and the owner said come back tomorrow for no Damm reason my friend has law suit against this Horrible place don't go here save your money and time. They known for cutting corners not putting down all the money towards the car. I don't even know how there still in business with so much negative experiences people had in this dealership.

I was hesitant because of the poor ratings. Many say they have had a poor experience. I think they just lack experience in purchasing a car. My transaction was easy and painless. Kevin let me take the car to the mechanic of my choice. Kevin agreed to fix the one issue I pointed out without hesitation. I would recommend this dealership. Kevin was straight forward and easy to work with! Thanks!

This is by far the worst dealership to buy a car from. I bought a 2011 bmw 335i that was supposed to be fixed on multiple occasions but they have continuously been giving me the runaround. I have dropped my car off to them on three different occasions to fix the engine reduced power light, seatbelt light, rear window shade, and also the aux port but they have still failed to do so. Each time they had ample amount of time to fix the problem. They have kept my car longer than I have even owned it. They have had my car on and off for about 4-5 weeks and counting now. They have also failed to contact me with updates regarding the status of my vehicle to determine the diagnosis of what was actually the cause of the issues. In order for you to find out the status of your own vehicle you have to constantly bug them daily to give you any information on the progress of the vehicle. Then they will have the secretary to start taking all of your calls so that they can avoid talking to you. I have asked them to provide the invoice sheet for the previous/current repairs that they “supposedly fixed” but I have still yet to receive it. I don’t like to complain but this is by far the worst first car buying experience I have ever been through. Not to mention, they just continuously put miles on your car by taking it on joy rides saying that they have to continue to drive it to determine the issues. That may have been believable but using a full tank gas, I HIGHLY DOUBT IT. FOR ANY FUTURE PEOPLE CONSIDERING BUYING CARS FROM THEM PLEASE STAY AWAY!!THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY. ARE. SCAMMERS!! IF THERE WAS A OPTION TO GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!

Great car, Great Service, Honest People but they could use more salesmen. You might have to wait a few minutes before they can help you.
