agoReally bad experience I own my own pest control company and was looking for a nice service managers truck went in bought a silverado worked for about 3 weeks than the transmission was super hot . Had to park it got it towed back over only for Al to drive it in to the Chevy dealership mind you they drove it in after the transmission light engine light was turned on possibly creating more damage . My Lawyer has been dotting all of this down . We checked the oil and it had no oil in the transmission whatsoever once the truck got to Chevy it magically had some transmission oil and Chevy said it was fairly new oil . Moral of the story please don't go to this dealership. I know alot of family and friends in the greater Sacramento area and I'll make sure they don't go to this place . I will for sure won't go for the rest of my fleet . Lesson learned . Will proceed to file with BBB and file a dealership Fraud claim with the state of California. And I get a reply back talking about the warranty will cover it what if it was someone else who couldn't afford to buy into the warranty??????? They would be out of luck dealing with themselves. Just listen to your reply guys Daniel was really good super nice not blaming him but I never got a call back once not once to offer me a new truck or even a loaner while the silverado is in the dealership correction it is at the chevy dealership .

I just got my car from here and the whole process was easy! I loved that they put no pressure on you to buy a car. You can test drive any vehicle you want and can look inside the vehicles at any time. They were also able to match my carmax offer and then some! Dan was my sales person and he made sure I knew everything I was signing and helped me get the best payment I could. Great place and will definitely come back if I ever need another car.

They don't haggle of course not they try to stuff it to you every which way they can warranties that you can't afford cars you can't afford but don't worry we'll give you 15% interest they'll never see me again

Bought a 2013 Ford Expedition, took it in for service after only 3 weeks. Transmission was acting up shifting up and down or not at all. They couldn’t address the issue because they didn’t find anything and the issue they suspected was covered under ford. Played the back and forth game for about 2 weeks until my transmission finally gave out. With my kids in the back, 120 miles from home. Now my $30k has been in the shop for 1 week already, trying to find a new transmission. After only 2 months. If you buy here, make sure you get the warranty. I’m making payments on a vehicle that’s sitting in the shop.

The no pressure style they have is wonderful. I came with a list of cars I was interested in from their website inventory, and they let you roam freely around their lot checking the interiors out on your own. Folders with the car's pricing and info are in each car. You come to the office for the plate and they take your ID info so you can test drive. I spent about an hour and a half checking out cars and test driving. Discussing financing and finishing the sale was painless and fast, 30 minutes tops. They helped set up my loan through Golden 1 (they are a CUDL dealership). I came with a pre-approval from them so maybe this is why this part was so fast? About half of that 30 minutes was fighting my insurance phone-robot and website to add a vehicle to my policy. There is a warranty for older cars like what I chose that you can buy but then cancel at anytime.

Great business. Mike is a pleasure to deal with. They don't negotiate so don't bother. I came in to test drive and potential buy, Mike set me up and I was driving the van on my own. Absolutely no pressure or hassle. I bought the extend warranty just in case and was told that it's pro-rated and that I can cancel at anytime. After driving the car for 500 miles, I felt like I didn't need the warranty and was able to get a pro-rated refund.

Jag was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions, let us walk around and check out the cars without be hassled, and just told us to let him know when we were ready.
