Well, I was sent this from Kaylyn on her professional Instagram page when she got angry with something I did. It was not only incredibly unprofessional but violent and horrific. I can’t even believe she would say these things towards a potential customer?! Be careful of going to her, she can get angry and violent at any time.

I had a suite in this Phenix for alittle over a year before moving. If you are thinking of opening a business in a Phenix I highly recommend this location. The owners of this particular location are some of the most generous and kind people I have ever rented from. They seem to truly care about their tenants and make sure they are comfortable and happy with their suites. Thanks for everything, you both rock!

I made an appointment with Rico at 9am and as a new customer i was unsure of their policy around covid. I was waiting outside 5 minutes before my appointment, i spoke to someone who works there to ask them if i was in the right place. They assured me i was at the right place and that Rico would come out to get me soon for my appointment. I waited until 9:15 and nothing. No courtesy call no one came out to let me know he is running or anything. So i went down the plaza to TJ scissor hands. As a walk in i was greeted, they let me know they would get me taken care of ASAP. Withing a few minutes some one sat me down got a haircut and halfway through my haircut Rico calls and asks if i was outside still. Maybe its just first time customers that are treated this way but if youre considering a new barber shop just go to TJ Scissorhands in that same shopping center

Beauty and Brows is great, suite was clean, and ppl are friendly. Kaitlyns awesome my microblading is perfect and she was attentive to what I like.

I wanted highlights and ended up with uneven blonde that didn't go to the roots and my hair was fried and got broken. I new and the stylist new it wasn't right because she offered to come in the next day (Father's Day) to fix it if I didn't like it once it was dry. I spent 2 hours getting it done, was unhappy but was stupid enough to pay her. I cried when I got home and the next morning my hair was so matted that I couldn't get me fingers through it. I contacted her and she did offer to fix it but the solution to even the color out was tipp pull the blonde all the way through. I thought to myself why would I fry my hair more? I say that a refund would be in order last Sunday and have heard nothing back nor recieved a refund on my card. It cost me $330 plus tip somewhere else but they fixed the color and moisturized my hair so I can already brush it and not feel like I'm trying to start dreadlocks. Be VERY careful where you go tipp get highlights done you just might end up with your hair fried and matted.

I love having my business in this very high end office suite location. It is so immaculately clean! The owners of Phenix Salon Suites Northglenn are great! They totally have a vested interest in each of us that are a suite renter. They want nothing more then to help our businesses thrive!
