I've been taking my kids to the Mayfair store for haircuts for several months and have been generally satisfied with their service. Today however, the attitude and behavior of one of the stylists (a miserable, crusty, old hag of a woman) prompted me to go elsewhere. Forever. Seriously, there's a Great Clips in practically every shopping center. SKIP THIS ONE.

Do not go here. They buzzed the side by my ear after the bumper fell off the clippers. I've never had a worse haircut experience.

Julie is great. I took a chance and went to a different store. Julie cut my hair, twice, and did exactly as I asked of her. She is awesome!!!

I was nervous to cut my very long hair because in my culture that is something that only occurs when we have life changing events or illness. Joveda was super gentle and showed me where we could cut to make my hair bounce back to healthy without losing my identity. She also took the time to answer all my questions and made recommendations for the future. I never write reviews but she was so sweet that I felt compelled to do so now. I went in for an A line bob. The older gentleman could not figure it out. My hair was drenched in conditioner. He argued about it looking fine. I walked out. My husband had already paid for our cuts. I could not get what I wanted. Had to leave to find another salon. Wont be back. Service: Haircut

This is a friendly, yet professional crew. Joveda has cut my hair several times and I’m always pleased! The online check-in is really convenient. Through the app, you can see what the current wait time is, add your name to the queue and plan your arrival so there is little to no time sitting in the waiting area.
