A horrible haircut. If I could give it a lower rating I would. It looks like 2 different people cut my hair, one on the left and one on the right. The sides are totally different , one side is shorter and shaped different. The girl must have left her glasses at home or go learn something else.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had I specially told her I don’t want it too short now my hair in the back is the shortest imaginable second to be shaved she didn’t even ask me what I wanted to do with my bangs just started cutting away walked in with good self esteem walked out to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes crying she asked what i think at the end but there was nothing that could have been done she already cut everything off so there was nothing that could have been fixed.. the whole time she was just grabbing and chopping I feel horrible about myself now I do not like how this looks or feels I paid 23.99 for this and on the anniversary of my moms death… my suggestion listen to your clients don’t ignore them ask before you do this is horrible I haven’t felt this bad about myself in years… you play a big big role in the way people see themselves take your time with them LISTEN to them this is not what I asked for and definitely not what I wanted. Very friendly staff. I did a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait, so that was nice. When I came home to shower I noticed she took some chunks out. It’s pretty bad. I hope it grows out fast. It’s embarrassing.

Hands down the worst haircut I have ever had. I am very good at styling my hair and there is no way to salvage this. I clearly said that I was growing my hair out from a pixie cut and only wanted the sides and back trimmed. The blonde woman who has a partially shaved head hacked my hair. She cut a solid inch of the top and it is not blended at all. It looks like something I would have done to myself in the 3rd grade. Thank God it’s beanie season. Just no. Service: Hairstyling

Cannot express enough how much I recommend this business. I have had cuts from three different girls there, and each time I think that maybe it is the best haircut I have gotten. They take their time to do it right, and their care for the work is obvious. Everyone there is very friendly, but like I said, what really comes through is their pride in their work. The value-to-cost ratio is amazing, you could spend twice this on a haircut and easily get half the value. Keep up the great work ladies!

The back of my hair is a hack job. I had to go back to try and get it straightened out which did not work. The stylist claimed she knew just what I wanted and said she loved doing that cut. Apparently she didn't. I am left trying to figure where I can go to get this fixed or alter the style. I received the response from the owner and appreciate it but I have attempted repeatedly to fill out the requested information but the form continues to say "salon not found" and will not process my info to customer service.
