I came for an oil change and that was great but here is what happened. I have a dent on my bottom bumper, my hood was left open. My clicks near my windshield and my bumper and my lights are all undone. I will never use their service again. My car didn’t have any of these problems prior to going to jiffy lube. Good and professional interaction. Josh in particular offers a warm personal touch. Didn't have the 10-40 W oil I need in stock. Mediocre for a shop whose focus is oil. if I could give 0 stars I would. I feel ripped off, more so taken advantage of. I came with a Groupon with my oil change already paid for and they did have my oil so he upgraded me to another type. After my oil change is done the mechanic proceeds to tell me that my brake fluid is a little low and so is my coolant. So of course I say go ahead and top em off. When I get ready to pay, somehow my bill is $120. Because my man “flushed out” my brake fluid and added new. After I told him I didn’t have brake problems in the first place. Any other decent non money hungry person would’ve just topped off my fluids like any other place. Didn’t even change my oil filter so really I’m not sure what’s even covered with their oil change. Shoutout to GM Chucky and his crew for helping to diagnose why my engine light came on recently. I got an oil change here a few days prior to the engine light coming on so I brought it back in to be looked at. After they confirmed nothing happened due to the oil change service, they could have sent me off more more questions than answers, but they didn’t! Super helpful and let me know what they thought was the best course of action for me. So appreciated!!

My husband and I were driving back home to Chicago from Denver and were having car troubles. We got turned away from so many dealerships and other mechanics telling us they can’t take us for another week until we spoke with Johnny on the phone. He let us come in 15 minutes before closing and was able to fix our car for us to be able to leave on time. He stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure the car was good to go and we couldn’t have been luckier. 20/10 experience, wish I can give more than 5 stars. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Time slot said not busy. Arrived & 3 cars ahead. Seems only 1 stall is working or 1 employee. The others that I could see, 1 outside on his cell phone over 5 minutes. As soon as he walks back in (FINALLY) another walks out & to his vehicle. It's not even noon. After waiting in line over 30 minutes, 1 car finally went inside. Now there's a car waiting in the line behind me in the street. You'd think with 3 stalls, customers wouldn't have to wait as long. I've never seen it this slow at other locations in JeffCo. ***Ran into the manager of this store at Arvada store. He had one excuse after another why. In fact he said that was him on the phone in the picture I took. After showing pic to someone at the Arvada store, they confirmed it was not him, it was a man named Fred. While in line over 30 minutes, not 1 person came to talk to myself or the person sitting in their car behind me. As for the 3 vehicles in front, never seen anyone come out to any one of them either. If they had a stall closed due to issues, they should place Closed or Cones in front of it so customers know they're running behind. Arvada had cones in front of 1 stall. But still took my car in fast.

We’d like to say a big thank you to Enrique and Fred for their excellent service and genuine care that they put into working with us! We were just passing through Denver in our Ford van heading back east and stopped into this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change. They noticed that our brakes were spongy and ultimately determined that we needed to replace our master cylinder. Being a bit tight on money, they worked with us on pricing and Enrique even came in on his day off to get us back on the road quickly and safely. I got my oil changed at this location and the service was 10/10. I never felt pressure to buy something I did not need for my car. They did let me know what I would need to have done in the near future. And you better believe I will be taking my car back to this location to have everything else done! I can't say enough about the guys at this location. The customer care was outstanding! I'd rate 6/5 stars if that were an option. I came in with some leaking coolant and they found a rusted out coolant pipe (along with with a few other issues), drove 40 minutes each way to the only Honda dealership in town that had this part in stock and installed it that day. They were very transparent about everything they were doing, what it was going to cost, and how long it was going to take. Enrique was the main technician working on this issue and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend seeing Enrique over almost any Honda trained mechanics in the city.
