Even though they were booked until mid September, we were helped and were able to quickly diagnose and fix my battery issues so we could get back on the road. What a saint! This is by far the best experience i've ever had with a mechanic.

During a recent trip out west our van, Rusty, decided to loose its brakes. Mecanic shop after mecanic shop in the valley were claiming to be extremely busy, or that their mechanics quit that day. At Leadfoot Linda the gentleman working at the counter told us that while he does have the mechanics he's slammed with work, and that he could only take us in about 2 weeks. (I'm assuming that work was coming from all the other shops that were incapable to retain their workers.) What he did differently from all the other shops is that he took 10 min out of his busy day, came out and inspected the van, identified where the leak was coming from and gave us a tutorial on how to quickly, and temporarily fix the problem. Five minutes and a container of brake fluid later we were back on the road. Thank you Leadfoot Linda for rescuing our vacation.

Arrived with an oil leak from under the vehicle. We were stranded. They came to the rescue by correctly identifying the problem. They were then so honest about the price and spectrum of work, offering to call around to other locations where the problem could be handled in a quicker manner.
