The service was excellent. Specifically, we dealt with Billy who took great care of us. He even had great jokes to pass the time and make it less awkward. He made me excited to wear my glasses! I am visiting from out of state and lost my glasses yesterday! I needed something quick and was told to check out Lenscrafters. I called and was able to get in to see a doctor the same day! (This was on a Saturday!) I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor and he did a very thorough exam. What I appreciated most is the sales people for the glasses area actually told me when a certain pair of glasses weren’t right for my face. Sometimes we like glasses but they don’t look correct for our face. They also have this new way to measure your glasses for the bifocal transition that is more accurate then trying to make a line in the glasses you have selected! Way cool! They have told me the glasses should arrive within the next two weeks. If this happens, I will recommend them to everyone!

I was sitting with my fiancé not to long ago and I had an excellent experience. The employees were very nice, very welcoming, very patient and understanding. Before when we walked into another competitors (America's Best) they said they couldn't take us because we have 10 minute grace period. We went over our time when we scheduled a time to be there. But I'm glad at that LensCrafters we're very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get glasses or contacts.

Amazing experience! Everyone was so kind! Dr. Hoover made sure to do everything possible to help. The sales associate Fabian made the experience honestly fun and nerve-free! Dan Collins also was beyond friendly like the entire staff and made me feel welcomed. Walked in stressed, but walked out extremely satisfied and happy with everything, especially since it was all last minute. 5 star service!

Just had an excellent experience at the Mid Rivers Mall LensCrafters. I was greeted by Dalton Stow, who initially handled a frame adjustment for me. I was interested in looking for a new frame. Dalton assisted me with that, as well. He was professional, more knowledgeable than what I have come to expect with other representatives, courteous, friendly & helpful. He offered advice, when requested, and shared information on the durability of various frames and lens enhancements. He was never pushy. I had coupons, but he took the time to offer me the best deal possible. I appreciated his willingness to share his time and expertise. The LensCrafters selection of frames was good without being overwhelming. My final cost for new frame and lenses was what I would consider a good value. All in all, it was a good visit and good experience.

I went to LensCrafters at Mid Rivers Mall in Saint Peters, MO, and got one of the best exams I’ve ever had! The entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Hoover was amazing and she took her time and made me feel valued and worked hard to get the right contact lens for me! I would recommend Dr. Hoover and her staff to anyone looking for a new family optometrist!
