Would have even gave 1 star but had too went to this place in June found I have a cataract. Wait 3months to get a1c down did and asked them to get things done and set up and still nothing just called and got the run around once again this place has dropped the ball I will not refer anyone to this low life clinic

Close, but no cigar! Thought I’d give them a try since they were local. Read the great reviews (including the few negative reviews). Went there for an eye exam for contacts. Staff were friendly, fast service! HOWEVER…. I left there with blurred vision. Called to request a recheck. He stated I had astigmatism and gave me contacts for that. Left there blurry eyed again. Went to another doctor elsewhere for a second opinion. And my eyes were FINE! Epic Eye Center had given me a weaker prescription than normal! So now I’m out of $200! Unfortunately that was my experience. I won’t be back.

I called in the morning because I had something stuck in my eye, they quickly got me and Dr. Anderson resolved the issue so quick. They were very polite, efficient, and considering. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Thanks so much to Epic Vision in Smithville! When I reached for my glasses this morning a screw fell out and one earpiece fell off. The Smithville Eye Center is the closest place to me and they fixed my glasses for no charge even though I’m not a customer of theirs. Thanks so much!

I just moved here and stopped in to see if they could fix my Maui Jims that I accidentally stepped on. Not only did they fix them, but they were so friendly and willing to help! I wasn’t even a customer, and they were great to work with. Thank you for rescuing my shades!!! See you soon!!

My brother was visiting and accidently damaged his glasses. We went to Smithville Eye Center, they repaired his glasses, and adjusted the glasses to fit him correctly. No charge! Great service!

My husband and I made an appointment with Epic Vision and they were wonderful. The front desk persons were very professional and polite; Dr Anderson was awesome. They all put you at ease right when you arrive and answer any questions you may have. The appointment went quickly and they were all super helpful when picking out glasses. I will definitely recommend Epic Vision Eye Centers. 👍🏼

I recently came in looking for an eyeglass repair kit to fix my glasses that I use for dental hygiene. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. They were willing to take my glasses and replace the screw with no hassle and I could not be more grateful as I need these for my job! I went in on my lunch and was ready to go with my glasses for my afternoon patients. Thank you so much!
