Paid $2.79 for a small Coke. Took a long time in the drive thru. Received what tasted like carbonated water. Later asked for a refund but received no response.

Not worth the hassle... They don't do mobile ordering because they screw it up too, so you can't get anything correct at this location... May as well just say $20 worth, and take what they give you.

These guys are too annal. You have to pay for extra sauces and they only give out 4 little ketchup packs. The ice machine was not working well, but the burger was very good.

They missed giving us 1 order of fries but quickly fixed it. Everything else was correct.

The worst resteraunt experience ever! Stopped there for lunch. I have a medical condition and had to use restroom immediately. There is a sign on door stating you have to buy your food first to get a restroom code. What kind of inhumanity is that when someone can soil themselves waiting in a food line. Then are you supposed to sit your food in the dining area to get cold, stolen or spit on? There was more rotten things to this visit but I'll leave it at this. I contacted corporate who forwarded my complaint to this store 1 week ago today. Haven't heard a word. I'll never go back and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Husband and I had lunch here and ate inside. The food was fresh and delicious . Hubby tried the Spivey chicken and I had the jr. Whopper. Met the manager and she is great.? The restaurant was super clean and she inquired how the food was . A loyal 40+ year employee and said she still throughly loves her job and it shows!.

We went through the drive thru last night on the way home and got some food. My kids meals were fine. My husbands and my meal, not so much. The chicken sandwich I got was so over cooked and dry that I couldn’t chew it. My husband ate half his burger before realizing that there was a long black hair in it, and none of us have dark hair.

This is not a small (21 oz) size this is a value (16oz) size. This burger king tries to play people. When I asked to up size the order to a large they told me it would be $4 dollars extra per meal ( it was a 2 small whopper meal for 8.99). I have used this coupon in many locations here in Delaware as well as in NY. Only millsboro and Georgetown try to play you by giving you smaller sizes! I won't be giving them my business anymore.

Order was wrong. Whoppers were cold, missing any real flavor. Lettuce was old and wilted, tomatoes should be in the garbage. Went inside they need better help...you see where it went

Save yourself the headache with this location, whatever you do, don’t go. They are option for mobile ordering didn’t even exist, although I was still allowed to place my order and get charged. Ordered my food, entire order incorrect. Had to go back in twice to fix. To put a bow on all of their excuse of a chicken sandwich was two chicken tenders with two top buns (see photo). An absolute waste of money. Again, save yourself the hell and go to a different location.
