The other night, I was standing in line with three people in front of me. There was one cashier (which is fine), while the manager was on a different register fixing a complicated transaction. The line was still long, and the customer at the register was attempting to complete a food courier order for Gatorades. She obviously was flustered when she couldn’t figure it out, and she even offered to have the cashier cancel the transaction so the customers behind her could pay for their stuff, but he said that couldn’t be done. When the manager finished with the complicated transaction for the other customer, she simply walked away, while telling the sole cashier that she would be in the office. Would it have been a huge ordeal for her to simply take care of one or two customers, while the food courier customer was holding up the line? The manager should have been more of a team player, but apparently that’s not on her agenda. ~Brandon

Save yourself the headache with this location, whatever you do, don’t go. They are option for mobile ordering didn’t even exist, although I was still allowed to place my order and get charged. Ordered my food, entire order incorrect. Had to go back in twice to fix. To put a bow on all of their excuse of a chicken sandwich was two chicken tenders with two top buns (see photo). An absolute waste of money. Again, save yourself the hell and go to a different location. ~Andy

Don't order from this Domino's if you're a truck driver waiting on a load over at Mountaire. They won't come to your truck. They wont call you. They won't give you a direct delivery. Even though you give them directions and a phone number. The daytime manager( she wouldn't give me her name) is not helpful and wouldn't hear my grievance while she wanted to talk over me. Probably a franchise who doesn't care about people's satisfaction. If I could give less than 1 star I would because of the rudeness of the manager who couldn't care less about whether I got the pizza or not. ~Mitch

While the store is filled with many lovely items, I cannot recommend this shop or its scruples. I went to purchase a few pieces of art. However, I could not see a price listed on one item and asked about the price when checking out. I was quoted $289, but when paying we found the sticker, which said “$199”. I was very willing to pay the listed price, but the owner immediately scrapped it off and insisted the price was incorrect. After she then insinuated that “someone” must have changed the sticker, which was pristinely adhered to the bottom of the frame, we had to walk away and leave the art behind. Bad business practice to try to raise the price when a customer is interested and willing to pay the listed price. There was over $600 of inventory we nearly purchased and had thought about another $400, when we had access to a bigger vehicle. I suppose they don’t mind losing the business. Buyer beware. ~Marc

Let's see how it goes after having a bad experience the first time. I decided to give them a second shot this time Bryan was my representative he was extremely pleasant, and reassuring that the things that happened the first time wouldn't happen again and made sure he had my brand new phone ready.
