Gets worse all the time especially for photos. Been doing photos here for years but I need to find a new place. They don't answer the phone so you can check on your order, and when I got there this last time, the printing was streaked. I needed the poster for an event and got nothing instead. They knew it but have such awful management, no one cares. I called to check prior to pickup, twice, but no one answered the phones. This one on Cypress is always understaffed surrounded by homeless. Pictures are nearly always incorrect, crooked printed, photo off the edge, not ready for 1 hour pickup after 15 hours. No communication, no one working. Man, sad sad. Their website photo app was updated a couple years ago but is still neanderthal compared to all other in the industry. No user friendly way to efficiently crop photos, enlarge or size. Absolutely ridiculous. It's like they're stuck in 1980. It's like there's always a full staff of new people that don't know what's going on. That comes directly from management I work corporate for 35 years. They could do better.
