I’ve been getting my and my family’s prescriptions here for over 20 years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Even when I moved to the other side of town, I kept Westwood Village Rite Aid as our pharmacy. No complaints or bad experiences!

I use this Rite Aid because it's closest to my home and it's also the pharmacy I established with when moving to Redding. I'd like to offer more stars but I just can't. This store is often out of stock of several items and while I understand during Covid it's been difficult getting items it's become an excuse for everything. Many of the steady employees are very nice & helpful but this store in comparison to other Rite Aid's I've frequented is seriously lacking. I would also like to see something done about the bums that hang out and ask for change! I don't want to be bothered when I'm out shopping.

Worst druggest in the country I have been going there for 30 yrs and the last 2 yrs all of our prescriptions are being stolen 1 little pill at a time. They are always shorting us on our prescriptions clearly when doc puts 2 and we only received 1.

They don’t have public restroom use but can still keep the store open. Guess they know how to clean a store for covid but not a restroom. Won’t let the kids go to the restroom there, then I won’t spend money!

My boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident July 3rd. He was Medi-vacced to Sacramento as a result. He filled a prescription for a controlled medication upon release. Two weeks later (well after the week supply of meds he received), his local doctor prescribed him with another week's worth of meds (broken ribs are a SOB). The response from the pharmacist? "You need to go back to the same chain". I am so SICK of these pharmacies with their "we need to conserve stock for 'our' customers" attitude. I am aware this medication is abused. I am aware it is difficult to keep it in stock. But turning away a customer and requiring them to wait EVEN LONGER by calling the doctor, hoping they're in office and having the script sent elsewhere threatens continuity of care. People move. They switch insurance. There are REASONS for switching a pharmacy. And telling a man who is ONVIOUSLY not abusing meds, has local info, has used your pharmacy before and has a well documented reason for needing these meds that you won't fill a prescription for 20 FIVE MG Norco because you haven't helped him before is ridiculous.
