Absolutely the WORST CVS in the history of CVS. Twice now in the past week that I have gone into this CVS and absolutely no cashier to be seen. Self check out at this store is ridiculous. It never works, you can’t apply coupons. It’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to stand waiting for a cashier for over 15 minutes, just for no one to come and ending up leaving.

The manager Shelly was more than understanding and truly cares about customer service. She's a phenomenal employee/manager and CVS is lucky to have her.

I just want to say THANK YOU CVS! So, I use Costco as my pharmacy, however today (a Saturday afternoon) I went to my pharmacy Costco & they didn't have my prescription or any of it to do a partial fill. And are thinking it might be Tuesday or longer until they receive a shipment. This particular RX is not an easy one to find. Costco said they could do a transfer to another pharmacy if I could find one who'd have the quantity, that would be open on a weekend, & would be willing to fill it. I called Walmart, Safeway, Raleys, RiteAid, Walgreens... Walmart happened to be the only one willing to even check for me the rest of the pharmacies either weren't open, or couldn't risk filling my RX & not have enough for their normal customers. CVS was amazing. I walked in, was talking to a pharmacist within 5 min., they agreed to fill my rx & had enough to fill the whole prescription. They treated me like a person and were kind, professional, & understanding. Thank you everyone there today for being amazing.

Arrived at 8.40 to pick up supplies. Door was closed and no one could get in. Hours posterd clearly state store closes at 9. Just lazy.

Ryan the Mgr of the pharmacy is very nice and helpful! The staff work so hard. I don't think they are paid enough salary for their intense fast paced jobs!! Come on CVS give everyone a raise with a decent wage!! If you want GREAT employees instead of just so so employees, give them a decent raise and watch them bloom!!! I know Corporate can afford it!!! With inflation up 8.8% they really need it!! Bonnie B.

Honestly, the people are kind and I hate to complain... I'm just hoping someone reads this and handles the problem. The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone very often, if ever. The line inside is always to the door. I come bi weekly and sometimes weekly and it's never looked good. Something needs to change here.

I made a simple request to not refill any prescriptions until I call and request it. I asked for it to be noted on my account that I did not want auto refills. Every month CVS calls letting me know I have a prescriptions to pick up that I did not request. I have waited on hold to speak with a pharmacy staff in excess of 15 minutes.

Most unreliable Pharmacy I have ever done business with. They are not willing to go any distance for their customers. If you NEED a prescription. Definitely do not depend on this location. They will not even help you find out if another location has has the capabilities to fill the prescription even after waiting for days to have it filled. Simply put, they do not have the time. Forget trying to get them on the phone, that is impossible as you can walk in on hold and there is no customers and a telephone line saying customer on hold over and over again. They refuse to answer. This location took on most of the business when CVS bought out Owens. They are uncapable of handling the task and are overburdened with work. Poor management and Corporation lead.
