Emily and Maddie at the St Peters, MO location were true Rock Stars. They both went out of their way to help me with my safety glass order. They were very patient and understanding with me from start to finish. This means the world to me, especially since I suffer with PTSD, severe depression and severe anxiety. You ladies made this military veteran’s eyes fill with tears of joy.

Are used to go to an eye doctor for years Doctor Brown optometry and I also been to Crown vision and JC Pennys and Sears. And I needed to get in for a visit probably three or four years ago and couldn’t get in for six months and I needed to see the eye doctor my glasses were broke so I had a friend that recommended me to America’s best contacts and eyeglasses so just say the rest is history I’ve been going there ever since and they have wonderful people like Crystal who just are wonderful the doctors are wonderful there Crystal is the sweetest most helpful lady I have ever met she makes that place amazing they really are all wonderful there and I cannot say enough it’s America’s best contacts and eyeglasses at 304 Mid Rivers Center, Drive in Saint peters they’re amazing I would just like to thank them again for all they do for me they’re wonderful and if they can clone Cristol the world would be a better place everywhere thank you Crystal and thank you Americas best

My eye technician today was Crystal. She gave me all the time I needed to look at glasses and helped me decide on the 2 pair that would work best for me. She also gave me the information I needed to pick the right size.

This place is an absolute nightmare! I went in for an eye exam along with my daughter. After our exam we to see someone so we can order frames. After an hour we had to leave. When we came back they couldn't find our records so we waited over an hour again until they found our records. I finally ordered contacts and was told they would be coming in the mail. Two weeks later I called for an update only to be told my order has been canceled by their "system". They have to reorder and it may take three weeks for them to come in. There are so many other options just drive past this place.

Danielle at Midrivers was amazing!! She was patient attentive and also got my contacts down from $130 to 10.25!! I came in without my insurance card and she was nice enough to look it up anyway! Thank you so much Daniel

I was not happy with my visit at all. Conflicting things said regarding my insurance then tried to charge me for services I didn’t even get when I’m in their eye club. I had to tell them that and argue to get anything done. Then I requested a few different options for my contacts. They had no trials for anything. Didn’t even have any of what I needed. Then made a big deal about my wanting to have multiple lenses listed for shipping around. The doctor and sales person gave grief on that one. Won’t put a lens on their they don’t carry is what I was told and I’m sorry but their prices are high. Anyway, too summarize. They were rude, tried to rip me off, and even more rude when I didn’t want to spend any more money than I had to. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest. I sure won’t be going back.

Very disappointed! Made an appointment for contacts was told it would be a hour to an hour & a half appointment because they do a class to help you get them in & out they you get the trail pair then you come back in a week for a checkup then you get the rest of your contacts, Not totally false information we were told today they are scheduling classes for Wednesday end of September or October 8th for Saturday which I didn't want to pull her out of school so now we have to wait to get her contacts in October 8th & today is August 9th! Won't give you your contact prescription till you take the class. They make you pay for your exam! Very upset if I new this up front I would have went somewhere else because the whole point of going now was to have her contacts before she started school!😡

Long wait times, ignored as soon as the doctor was finished examining my eyes. Stood around forever. They start helping the next person that came out after me. Not a good experience at all. Definitely won’t be back here.

I had a great experience! From front desk to all the way to getting my trial contact lenses. Emily was very helpful with helping decide between the two different contact lens brands I was considering. Gave me a price breakdown for both brands, went over coverage, and had a very welcoming bubbly demeanor. I will be going back to this location! A lot of negative reviewers I feel need to really cut workers some slack! Everywhere businesses are short staffed and they can only do so much, but they're trying. They're showing up. Appreciate that, having to wait a little bit longer than usual is normal given the circumstances.
