My husband had been waiting a week for them to figure out the insurance so he could get a new pair of glasses. He has Mokan insurance and it was far more difficult than it should have been. Today he was able to go in an order his glasses. However his experience with Katelyn was awful. She acted as if all his questions were putting her out. She huffed and puffed to the point he just excepted what she had already put on computer and left. When in fact his insurance would have covered his safety glasses as well. So he paid well over 450.00 for one pair of glasses. When he should have left with atleast two. MOKAN INSURANCE covers a lot. SHE WOULD NOT TAKE THE TIME TO HELP HIM GET FULL USE OF HIS INSURANCE.

Terrible service at this location - Talked to office manager about things & nothing changed! Spoke to the Male doctor in the office & he didn't care about my concerns or that I said I would be requesting there files for another Dr's Office! Highly recommend not using this office ever!

Took my grandma here for an eye exam and some new glasses about two weeks ago. Their entire staff seemed to be patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They accepted my grandma's primary insurance (fortunately) and I feel like they were able to offer a very nice price and a very nice product! Thank you again!

I feel like the staff is overall nice enough. The Dr is great every time. I guess what confuses me is you book an appointment for the next available time but you NEVER get in at your scheduled time. I understand running behind!! I’ve worked in customer service my entire life but every single time I come in for my BOOKED time slot I don’t get seen for another 40 minutes. Very frustrating.

If you need your glasses or contacts in a timely manner, this is not the place for you! Staff and doctors were great, very friendly and helpful. I play goalie on an ice hockey team, and Katelyn helped me find a pair of frames that could withstand the stress of being inside a goalie helmet (I usually wear contacts while playing but sometimes I forget them). In addition, when I decided to add a pair of sunglasses at the very end Katelyn was happy to assist me. However, like many of the reviews on here, I have to dock them for the time it takes to get your glasses and contacts in. My dad goes to Pearl Vision and his glasses came within 2 days, my sister goes to Eyeglass World hers come within 5 days, but mine take 2 weeks! Don’t know who you guys use to compose your orders, but change it, please!

I live in Branson and I tried to make it to my appointment after work, I get there 15 minutes late and they want me to re-schedule my appointment because of that. Wasn't busy at all every body just standing around looking at me, they just want to go home , I guess.

I will return next year due to the experience I had with this store. From the time I checked in to the time I left was great. Jordan helped me choose my glasses and she was the most positive person I have dealt with in awhile. The price was great and they save me some money.great job America's best

I had an excellent experience here. Quick scheduling, efficient and delightful staff (Jordan was great!), really great frame options even on their cheapest pairs, and the staff doesn’t try to sell to you, just help. They made this such a quick easy process. And the office was exceptionally clean. Will definitely return.

I really enjoyed my experience with America's Best, from beginning to end I was treated with great customer service by every single person I spoke or dealt with. They were very helpful when it came time to pick out frames and as this was my first time ever getting glasses, they made everything very easy. I greatly appreciate all their help and I really liked that I could pay half at my appointment and half at pick up. They were affordable and the experience from beginning to end was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's needing glasses, for the first time or someone who already has glasses but is needing a few new pairs!

I will never go back. Hard lesson learned. Approximately three years ago my husband and I purchased four pairs of glasses. We paid for scratch resistance and a replacement warranty. In less than two months all four pair were scratched; two of them so horribly they were difficult to see through. We took the worst two back to the store and they did replace them, but it only took another two months before they too were badly scratched. Not learning from our mistake, we purchased two more sets of glasses a year later. We paid for the scratch resistance and warranty again. As before, they scratched immediately. And yes, we only used quality lens cleaning cloths. When I went to have one of them replaced, due to the scratches and the frame breaking, I was told that I would need to pick out another pair of frames. They told me that they no longer carried the frames I had purchased just six months previously. Okay, I thought - I'll just get a new frame, no big deal. Wrong! They would not cover a new frame, only the lenses. Wait, I paid for a warranty and because they no longer sold the frames I previously purchased, I had to pay for new frames? To make matters worse, they then went on to tell me that the warranty wouldn't cover the lenses either, because I was putting them back in to a different sized frame. Basically, my warranty was only for the EXACT lenses???? Not my fault they discontinued my frames. I spoke to two different managers about this with no resolution. Not happy at all!!! The quality of the lenses were horrible, I don't even believe they put scratch resistant coating on them and the warranty situation - forget about it!!! Don't use them!
