Great customer service. Went to get a screw put back in my glasses at Sunglasses Hut, the wonderful lady there referred us to LensCrafters. Was there for about a minute with my sunglasses back in working order.

Laurie at the Battlefield Mall needs Customer Service training badly. Working in TV I go through a dozen or so pairs of glasses a year. We stopped by last night at 7:25pm. Laurie ask if she could help me. I started to answer and immediately knew she could care less. So I continued to brouse. She ask if I had an eye exam I said yesterday. She told me to bring or fax my prescription over and she could hook me up So we continued to look. We wanted to do business. Now Laurie is up front with . She bluntly says. We close before the mall get your prescription and come back. I said nice customer service. She said at least I was nice very smartly. We won't be back. Prices arecgood service yuck.

The exam went on time and was finished quickly. I found a set of frames and the glasses were finished on site in less than two hours. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Lori did a great job! She was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. She was able to find my insurance and explain my options. It was all done very efficiently and it was a great experience

Colton was the guy who helped me pick out my glasses he was so kind and helpful. I love my glasses and I will definitely be going back again. When I went for my eye exam it was a great experience the tech was really friendly and explained everything that she was doing so well. The Dr. Jolene Fenske was really great to she gave me names of meds that would help my allergies. She explained my eye condition she is a very great eye Dr she knows her stuff. She definitely did a fantastic job explaining everything.

Pierson is a scholar when it comes to eyeglasses. The man has the utmost attention to detail when it comes to frame sizing and recommendations. He really understands how frames can really complete a look and style. It's clear when entering the store for the first time that Pierson is a key stakeholders in the stores daily operations. He conducts all business with professionalism and a sales minded attitude. It was impressive how he was able to handle helping the store's staff while also making a sale himself. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I stepped into the store, but with Pierson's expertise and guidance, I ended up with a awe-inspiring Emporio Armani frame that will be a timeless addition to my outfit.

I recently purchased new glasses at the Battlefield Mall location and it has been a top notch experience not only at the time of initial purchase but as well as subsequent visits. I have needed a few adjustments to my glasses to get the perfect fit. At each visit I have been given great attention in how I was treated and meeting my needs. I have dealt with several staff members and all have been terrific. I highly recommend this location. I will be back for a pair of sunglasses 😎 in the Spring.
