I attempted to close out my account today and was told I could not do so because I didn't have a Missouri ID. I opened up the account with my California ID and I should be able to close the account with the same ID. This has been by far the worst banking experience I've ever had, from the start until today! Within three weeks of having the account they turned off my card for possible fraudulent charges because I did not reply to a text message. I do not recall getting such a text message and they're trying to say that they have an idea of how I spend my money after 3 weeks. There were only seven charges on that card within 3 weeks, how do you assume fraud after seven charges? That was extremely inconvenient. There ATM machine is always broken and half the time my card did not work at Walmart and now when I go to close out my account they tell me no, what the hell? Avoid this institution at all cost!

The Springfield, Mo Campbell branch manager named Tina is very rude and apparently doesn't like to listen to you on the phone when you are trying to explain the situation. I responded to a mailer from a 300$ bonus if I opened a checking account. I repeatedly asked about fees, which there are so many, and asked how to avoid them. I was told that as long as I had a 1500$ balance, there wouldn't be any. I got the bonus and went to close my account and they tell me there is a 25$ closing fee. So sneaky how they get you. I call Tina and she says the only way they wave this fee is if you move away. So that means they can wave it, but she is choosing not to. She says just withdrawal your money and don't close the account. But then there are all kinds of monthy checking account fees if your balance is under 1500$ or you don't have a direct deposit. I told them at the beginning I already have a checking account I use and am just doing this for the bonus.They said that is fine. Well they got me. And everyone I spoke with kept trying to pass the blame to someone else. Noone, not even the bank managers will take responsibility. You have been warned. Stay away.

This bank is really going down hill. The young man working the drive through on 6/29 at 2:30 ish was extremely rude. Customer service used to be top notch. Might be time to start looking for another bank....

this place was not very friendly. i am selling a utv for 21,000 and the buyer banks here. i called the bank and said can i cash the cashiers check he gives me today. they said they dont have enough cash to cash their own cashiers check. i also cannot request that they order money to cash their own check.. because i do not bank there.

This location never answers their phones. I’ve never had a bank that I couldn’t get ahold of within the first 3 rings. I don’t know why they closed the other 2 Springfield branch’s, as they gave far superior customer service than this one.

Run! They have a Fee for everything!! They charge thier own set of Fees if you use another atm. Unfortunately, they only have (2) Atm's in the city. Robbing customers!! Not feeling special.....The fees will dissolve your account!! Run!

Went in there with my girlfriend earlier today to open an account. Was a bit weary at first but after waiting for a short while and sitting down to talk I was optimistic. Not only was the process super simple to open a new account, Jeff explained to me every little detail about my account and made sure I understood in FULL detail about what would, and wouldn't cause a fee/charge on my account. This bank personally fits the needs for me and I recommend you checking them out if you're interested in a bank that will sit down and talk and work with you on a personal level. Thanks again Jeff. From the moment I opened the account I couldn't get into it online or on the app. Always says my password is wrong(even though it isn't) and offers no way to fix that without calling. If you do call in you will be on hold for quite a while, no matter the time of day, and if it is a problem that has to be handled by management, they make you feel like you did something wrong by calling them. Not pleased
