After being charged a different price for the advertised price. A substantial up price. I spoke to the manager and showed her the item ands it's tag. She then removed the price tag . I asked if she would reimburse me, she said no. The problem had been taken care of when she took the tag down. Not customer service at it's best. I will not shop at this store again. ~Jamie

I have been to this location numerous times and the store is always clean and nicely organized. The reason for this review today is to mention Anthony. I believe he works overnights on the weekends. I really just wanted to emphasize how much he goes above and beyond for every single customer that walks through the doors. I have observed him being kind, patient and efficient. Even when he is the only employee working he is able to be multitask and ensure every customer gets what they need and is taken care of. Tonight there were multiple customers in the store and he patiently answered every persons questions and served us all without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Every time I am in there I appreciate his level of customer service. I feel that customer service is often not what it used to be so it is very refreshing to know that every time I enter that store I will be met with service that goes above and beyond what is expected. So, thank you Anthony and the entire team at store #0480 for bringing excellent customer service and allowing me to leave with a smile and a great cup of coffee! ~Beth

My Kum & Go is located at Grand & Glenstone. I'm usually hitting this place up right as I'm getting off work, and on my way home. I'm usually past exhausted and not feeling so friendly too say the least. These guys on the night shift never let me down! By the time I'm done checking out, I'm grinning getting ear to ear. They always and I do mean always, have kind & encouraging words to give me. They always recognize me and acknowledge me when I walk through the door. And that just keeps me coming back here time after time! I mean who don't live a compliment!?!? Go check them out for yourself! You're going to see what I'm talking about! 🤓🤓🤓 ~Lesa

Great place normally but I came in at 1:26 to buy a simple can of %% drink and the dude took his sweet time on his phone till 1:30ish and said I couldn't buy it...I understand its "policy" but really? I wish he wasn't sticking his face onto his phone so I couldn't have wasted my gas after work to get a drink ~fly

The Springfield, Mo Campbell branch manager named Tina is very rude and apparently doesn't like to listen to you on the phone when you are trying to explain the situation. I responded to a mailer from a 300$ bonus if I opened a checking account. I repeatedly asked about fees, which there are so many, and asked how to avoid them. I was told that as long as I had a 1500$ balance, there wouldn't be any. I got the bonus and went to close my account and they tell me there is a 25$ closing fee. So sneaky how they get you. I call Tina and she says the only way they wave this fee is if you move away. So that means they can wave it, but she is choosing not to. She says just withdrawal your money and don't close the account. But then there are all kinds of monthy checking account fees if your balance is under 1500$ or you don't have a direct deposit. I told them at the beginning I already have a checking account I use and am just doing this for the bonus.They said that is fine. Well they got me. And everyone I spoke with kept trying to pass the blame to someone else. Noone, not even the bank managers will take responsibility. You have been warned. Stay away. ~preston

I’m a vendor for this area of Missouri and I was not treated with respect by the employees here. The man running the store today hindered my ability to perform my task until he spoke with a Caucasian team member that was accompanying myself. My team member and I were offended by the mans behavior in the store. ~T

I have been with GSB for 25 or 30 years. Great customer service at all branches. All except this branch. Every time I go in this branch there is a problem. Enough is enough. They are incompetent, not enough training. Manager is rude with no customer service skills. Teller was new but she never apologized for his mistakes. I have a lot of money in my accounts. I'm thinking of moving it all to another bank. ~Cindy

Nice people, but keep religious beliefs out of the lobby. No reason to have a bible setting on the coffee table with the rest of the reading material unless you include all the other religions like Islam, LDS, Hinduism, and all the other 4000+ religions. Christianity isn't recognized as the United States religion, so be respectful of those who don't practice it. ~Robert

The staff is awesome. They all know your name and are very friendly. Except the real skinny girl in the office. She's quiet. ~Shane

Friendly night staff which is rare. Clean facilities well maintained. Nobody asking me to give them cash for free which is extremely rare in this town at night. Fountains kept ready I have never had to ask them to service the machine after purchasing one. Only negative comment is no bathroom after dark. Understandable in this town and state however sometimes your on business after dark and need a restroom. Also quick response time from local law enforcement anytime a employee requests them. So much safe then some of the gas stations around this area. ~Jonathan
