Great place normally but I came in at 1:26 to buy a simple can of %% drink and the dude took his sweet time on his phone till 1:30ish and said I couldn't buy it...I understand its "policy" but really? I wish he wasn't sticking his face onto his phone so I couldn't have wasted my gas after work to get a drink

Lady up front was rude from the moment I walked up, told her I needed to add cash to my current card and she kept on asking me the same question after I had explained it 3 times, then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do it even though I’ve done it at multiple other locations. Get some employees with more than half a brain that actually care about their job.

Prepared items like pizza slices and hotdogs are left cooking too long before they are replaced, tongs for grabbing said hot dogs and rancheros are not consistently cleaned so grease coagulates on the end, and employees not washing their hands when returning from the back of the store. I have also seen employees eating in this area while preparing food. Some of the cashier's prefer to continue their conversations rather than address the customer, and constantly eat at the registers. Their greatest strength is the friendliness of their entire staff. Never had an issue with a rude cashier, and they work as quickly as they can. All in all, it's a good store but effort /training is definitely needed to make it an excellent store.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member "Joy" she was very rude during our entire interaction. When I apologized if I upset her and asked what was wrong she blamed it on being sick. My thoughts, If you're sick during a pandemic why are you working? As a server I know what expectations should be had when dealing with customers and her behaviour was down right disrespectful and uncalled for. She should not be in the retail industry.

This is the only gas station I go to in Springfield. It’s SO clean, they keep it extremely nice. Nearly every time I come in there is someone there mopping or wiping down the soda station. They are really fast and efficient to get people checked out quickly, which is much appreciated!!

Despite the silly name. Kum and go offers a wide array of drinks, coffee and snacks. The service was friendly and quick. I’ve never been to one of these before but this location is definitely on the newer side (2018) then the others in the area.

This is a very nice store. It's clean with nice customer service. There was a wide variety of fountain drinks, slushies and coffees. Also, there were sandwichs, burritos, cookies along with the typical gas station fare. The restrooms were nice and clean.
