I booked online, got their 10 minute early, was asked if I had a reservation, I said yes. No mention they were behind, I then wait 20 minutes passed my schedule time and both employees not even close to done with clients. I walked out and as I was leaving, one of them finally spoke and said “oh you can’t wait, we are a bit behind today”. …… Don’t go here.

Not happy about the haircut. She was supposed to trim my bangs but hardly cut any hair. Try not to get her again if l can help it. Last girl did a better job.

Their skills with afro-centric hair is questionable, and I've had my hair cut by 3 persons there. Even the basic line up they didn't do. Skip here and go over to Rebellion Barber across the road by Target. Sherry is very friendly and knowledgeable. Book with her through the booksy app as she fills up VERY QUICKLY. Services: Haircut, Curly hair

Katie chopped 4-5 inches off, barely wet the hair down (making it impossible to determine length with this type of hair) and then told my daughter repeatedly that she had done what she had been asked to do. I followed up with a phone call in which Katie did not apologize for not listening and was incredibly rude. She even hung up on me at the end. She held back from giving me the manager's information until the very end of the conversation. She refused to refund my money. She eventually gave me the information and offered to "fix" the haircut. I called at 11am to make an appointment on 11/29/21 (adding date so management can ensure the proper stylist is reprimanded) and was told to come in at 1pm. Okay fine. So I arrive at 1pm and am then told the credit card machine is broken and it's cash only. Of course I don't have cash on me so I go home to get cash and come back at 1:04pm (FOUR MINUTES LATE) and am told by Katie that I need to come back again because I missed my appointment. Are you kidding me? You neglected to inform me to come prepared with cash so I had to leave in order to pay you and then you tell me you can't fit me in? Truly appalled. Will never go here again. Train your employees to teach them how to properly schedule and deal with customers.
