Purchased a car here for my son, they came in on their day off for a repair so that my son didn’t need to miss any school or be without a vehicle during the week. We were sold a poorly refurbished starter. We then continued to have issues and spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally we found out that it was wiring issue within the starter. The people who work at International did not care at all about all the problems they caused and refused to refund us for the faulty product they sold us. We will never ever recommend this place. ~Chris

VERY RUDE! If you’re looking for high quality, do not go here. They could care less about meeting your needs. They have a very take it or leave it approach and no could care less about quality customer service. I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this was an experience I found to be particularly menacing given the attitude of the front desk people and the person who answers their phone. While I did order flowers on a very busy weekend, they assured me they would be able to meet our standards. I asked if they would be able to accommodate my specific request for peonies, roses and hydrangeas and other distinct flowers to go together. They said how much are you willing to spend which was fair. I named our price, 140.00 which wasn’t too high or too little, but moderate. Then my sister in law went ti pick it up. Not only was it NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, it was wilted. Please see photos below. My sister in law said we could not accept it because it was wilted and the flowers were brown. The person on the front desk got defensive and said they would peel off the flowers. They asked for the flowers to be replaced and they said they didn’t have more flowers, never the less, please see the pictures attached, because they certainly did. Finally, after about 30 minutes, a gentleman came from the back and said he would swap out a few flowers. It wasn’t a good feeling and certainly made one of the most important parts of Mother’s Day quite a drag. UPDATE: see their response. Exact reason why we won’t ever use their service again. Terrible attitude and very rude. What they fail to see is it was the process and apathy. The only reason they remade it is because I said I would be leaving a review of this experience. ~Jalelah

I have used this business twice for gutter cleaning and they have always been fair with pricing and service, however I contacted them on November 7th to have our gutters cleaned and received a quote the following day with an email stating they would contact me to schedule a day for service. Today is November 30th and still no date to come out, I reached out numerous times via email and a call and was told that Luis is the one that schedules and that someone would call back. What horrible customer service! I should not have to beg a company to do services, You lost a loyal customer Rio Gutters if that's the way you treat your customers! ~Marilyn

Go see Allegra! I had long beautiful hair and in December I saw someone at another salon who completely destroyed it! I was devastated- and then I found Allegra. For the last few months she has been working to get my hair to a point that we can even start over. I finally feel pretty again! She pays close attention to detail and takes pride in her work. She listens to what I want to do and makes a plan to achieve that while taking into account my current hair state, my lifestyle, and how much maintenance it would require and I'm willing to do. She calmed my nerves and absolutely has gained my trust! She combines the science and art that goes into hair and that's why she's great at what she does! ~Jannae
