VERY RUDE! If you’re looking for high quality, do not go here. They could care less about meeting your needs. They have a very take it or leave it approach and no could care less about quality customer service. I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this was an experience I found to be particularly menacing given the attitude of the front desk people and the person who answers their phone. While I did order flowers on a very busy weekend, they assured me they would be able to meet our standards. I asked if they would be able to accommodate my specific request for peonies, roses and hydrangeas and other distinct flowers to go together. They said how much are you willing to spend which was fair. I named our price, 140.00 which wasn’t too high or too little, but moderate. Then my sister in law went ti pick it up. Not only was it NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, it was wilted. Please see photos below. My sister in law said we could not accept it because it was wilted and the flowers were brown. The person on the front desk got defensive and said they would peel off the flowers. They asked for the flowers to be replaced and they said they didn’t have more flowers, never the less, please see the pictures attached, because they certainly did. Finally, after about 30 minutes, a gentleman came from the back and said he would swap out a few flowers. It wasn’t a good feeling and certainly made one of the most important parts of Mother’s Day quite a drag. UPDATE: see their response. Exact reason why we won’t ever use their service again. Terrible attitude and very rude. What they fail to see is it was the process and apathy. The only reason they remade it is because I said I would be leaving a review of this experience.

Staffs at the registers are extremely not friendly. I like their plants here but when it's time to pay it's terrible. They don't even look at you especially men make you feel horrible. I don't like coming here.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KAITLIN MARTIN, our floral wedding consultant. She listened to my vision of a dream bouquet and created the most beautiful non-floral, succulent, spider, large leafy, eucalyptus, lavender POPPING bouquet a bride could ask for! She also made a matching boutonnière and matching succulents for the cake It was fabulous. I was able to re-pot the succulents and spider plants which are now growing along with our love. The eucalyptus has been blessing our showers with fragrance since our wedding. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Highly Recommended!!

Moscarillos' has always maintained a reputation for high-quality flowers and arrangements. However, this review is specifically about their incredible floral manager, Kaitlin. I recently had a wedding in which Kaitlin's knowledge and social grace was instrumental. She went above and beyond in guiding me through the best floral options, paid close attention to what my husband and I wanted, and took care of placing the order for us. Our wedding planning had some tension with family dynamics. Kaitlin navigated this with enormous grace and ease. I thanked her profusely for putting my mind at rest and providing stunning floral arrangements that made my wedding truly special. I am incredibly grateful that I went to her for my wedding flowers instead of a standard wedding florist. Amazing place. they have green house, with a indoor Koi pond. They have a wonderful gift shop. The customer service was perfect. The employees actually take the time, to stop what their doing and assist their customers with looking for things.

Great atmosphere, some very helpful and experienced staff. Beautiful selection of indoor and outdoor plants. You can ask for fishfood and feed the fish outside!
