We were sold a poorly refurbished starter. We then continued to have issues and spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally we found out that it was wiring issue within the starter. The people who work at International did not care at all about all the problems they caused and refused to refund us for the faulty product they sold us. We will never ever recommend this place.

These guys are awesome ppl to work with. I towed my car to international auto because the shop before couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. I had the pleasure of working with Bill, Anthony and Peter and they are great honest people. It took a day or 2 to get my car up because it wasn’t starting, but they finally figure out it was due to electrical problems. They all did a wonderful job keeping me updated as to the progress they were making in getting my car up back and running. Long story short if you ever have any electrical problem with your car these are they guys to see. Very honest and reliable. They work with me and my insurance to make sure everything gets done. I was a walk-in for a oil change at the very end of their work day and they were able to squeeze me in all while maintaining a pleasant disposition. The service was quick and they did a great job. Peter was awesome and accommodating. I definitely will be back in 3 months for the next oil Change. Thanks!

One of my employees decided it was a good idea to drive one of my vehicles to Mass. and along the way experienced problems with my vehicle. He got it to International Auto Service Center and dropped off. I can say as a business owner they were first class not even knowing them. Having to deal with a company with that much honesty and integrity has been far beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a reputable company you won't be disappointed.

Such a friendly staff! Quick and helpful customer service. When repairing my car, Kenny noticed a few other things in my vehicle that needed to be replaced. Mackenzie and Kenny were very helpful as they emailed me a free quote with all the parts that would need to be replaced. Mackenzie even offered to text me to keep me updated on the status of my car when I had a busy day at work and wasn't able to call. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming here and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. McKenzie is great, I love love love her energy, she is very knowledgeable and you can tell She genuinely cares about the customer and their needs. My Acura was previous repaired by another facility and it stopped working and wouldn’t go over 10 MPH less than 2 miles after leaving that shop. The most frustrating part is that they had it for over 1 month. I googled for auto electric specialists and International Auto Service Center had amazing reviews complimented by a great website with helpful tips and blogs to resolve minor issues ourselves. I called and scheduled an appointment in which they got me in within 48 hours and brought me back home. The staff at IASC was amazing, made me feel comfortable especially being a women. McKenzie and Kenny kept me updated through out the day. They diagnosised, repaired and got my car back on the road within 24 hours and spent wayyyyy less than I could ever imagine. The best $289 I’ve spent this month! Found my new mechanics!
