My Kum & Go is located at Grand & Glenstone. I'm usually hitting this place up right as I'm getting off work, and on my way home. I'm usually past exhausted and not feeling so friendly too say the least. These guys on the night shift never let me down! By the time I'm done checking out, I'm grinning getting ear to ear. They always and I do mean always, have kind & encouraging words to give me. They always recognize me and acknowledge me when I walk through the door. And that just keeps me coming back here time after time! I mean who don't live a compliment!?!? Go check them out for yourself! You're going to see what I'm talking about! 🤓🤓🤓

Snack prices are a bit on the steep side, but the customer service is always friendly and helpful. From giving you directions to helping you find good places for car repairs or places to eat. The gas prices are cheaper than other states I have lived in and while they are going up its still good value for your money per gallon. This location is fairly good, though a little hard to get into due to its closeness to the main street. Only took off a star for the snack prices. I would highly recommend them for your fuel needs.

I love the station nearer to my home, but stopped here at the one by National and Battlefield yesterday 9/4/18 around 11am and experienced the worst customer service. I tried to go out of my way and be nice even. I purchased a bottle of water the clerk said nothing to me. He was cramming food into his face. Never told me a total nothing. I grabbed my water said thank you have a good day and received a "yah" as he took another bite. Sir, you had something on your face by the way it was GROSS. So I walked out and I said your customer service skills stink. I'm sure there's an allotted time to eat or at least wait until a customer leaves to stuff your mouth full.

I stop here after work almost every night and the folks working after 9pm are very nice and have great CS. The only reason I like stopping here as well as its on my way home ,but many gas stations are.
