My husband and I came in today to get him switched from AT&T to Boost. The only reason I'm writing this review is because SIERRA was absolutely incredible! She made an experience most people dread into a fun one for us. She had answers to all the questions we had. She was all around 10/10. Boost, make sure you take care of her because you don't want to lose her. She's a great face for your company.

Glenstone location in Springfield MO. In store to lie straight to your face. Asked if new phone has wifi calling and if it will work in coverage area. My internet is perfect in the boonies. But still no calls, service etc. After 8 days of working on phone with the chat session with boost, retailer will not give full refund of $121.00 because it is 1 day over since purchase. 8 days of lies from all of boost customer service, the retailer is on Glenstone Ave in Springfield Mo. I have tonsof reboots, redo the information, etc with them

so terrible cashed out 300$ worst service i have ever had in my life called up several times in the last few months, they have been working on the towers nothing was explained to me about the dead spots i would have or even about the problems , called up a couple days ago , the employee himself said the business here is shady , when someone that works there says that its time to get away! boost mobile is some trashy overpriced service i would pay 10$ a month for the service im getting not a dollar more thats how bad it is!

****WOULD RATE NEGATIVE50*****Shut down Joplin and Webb City location no notice had to go to Springfield Mo (75 miles) to get in store help because customer service refused to help me after they lied and said a problem was fixed and they never fixed it......ended up loosing my number and service bc of the bad customer service and lies!
