Kohls used to be a great spot for actual deals! Now...its all overpriced with a bunch of "sales" to make you think you're getting a deal when in fact, you're not! The store layout is TERRIBLE now and I can't find anything which makes shopping frustrating and time consuming! The shoe clearance area was a wreck and not even close to organized. Along with minimal in stock options it was not a very good shopping experience!!! Disappointing to see one of your favorite stores turn into one of your least favorite!😕

Husband very happy with his purchases. I purchased one pair curtains. One of the two had no ring...disappointed but we had already trashed the packing and ticket. Lesson learned. Beautiful store, good variety and very fast check out.

I really like this store but had a bad experience with one employee today (only bad experience at this store ever) Item was priced sale but at the checkout the lady with blue lips was very rude and said a higher price. I asked if someone could do a price check and she shoved a electronic device in my face and rudely said "no its this price". I went to the back to ask for a manager and they said come back and they would take care of me. The manager meet me and I described my issue. She was very nice and said she woild take care of me and honor the price posted. Chech out lady should have contacted her but didn't. Still give 5 stars!

I realize retail's been hit hard lately with labor shortages, but there needs to be a balance between merchandising/stocking and customer service. Twenty, maybe thirty folks in the check out line with most registers closed. I'm generally not an impatient person, but today I'm headed home to order online.

Store was a mess! Dirty dressing rooms. I didn't want to take off my shoes to try on pants. Line to check out was wrapped along the aisles as one whole section of registers were closed. I went here against my better judgment and I regret it. Won't be back any time soon.

I ordered something online to pick up curbside and when I get out there I find that you have to go inside all the way through the store to the completely opposite end that you came in and enter a code and then just go over to a bunch of little bins and find your number and pick up your stuff. I feel I'm very lucky that somebody else didn't pick up myself stuff and I don't know what would prevent someone from doing that or getting the wrong one. You can skip customer service but not there I won't be back

Not a good experience! Selection was poor. Finally selected 3 ladies tops which I needed for a special occasion. When I enquired about using the fitting room, I was told that every fitting room in the store was closed due to short staff. I was also informed of the store's return policy, however I live 100 miles from this store and taking them home to try on just doesn't seem to be a very economical decision on my part. I completely understand the short staff issue that everyone is experiencing right now, but I would think as a business who's in business to make a profit, would have at least 1 fitting room available to their customers? Seems like just a good business approach to me. If you can't sell items, probably don't need check out personal??

Independence, MO location! Cash register clerk looked me in the eye while I was only person in line to check out. He continued talking to another clerk. She saw me as well. Manager walked by and said he has a customer. So, he loudly says oh I didn't see her! I walked up to his register he rang my items up and asked if I had any coupons. I said I have two but I can't get them to load. Instead of waiting for me to find them he rang me out. I had a 15% and 20% coupon to use in store or online through May 15th. Got home tried to chat with an online chat rep she was no help. She told me to go to the website and leave a review which I did and then got an email saying I didn't meet Kohl's standards. It was pretty much what I've said above. No one offered to have me bring my receipt in and give me the coupon discount! Doubt I'll be going in to Kohl's again. Independence, MO location; not Springfield!
