My pcp called in my rx on 3/3/22,I never received an alert stating my rx's were ready,I had to call. My daughter picked up one on 3/4/22 and the other one to be ready after 2pm. I called back today,3/5/22 and was advised that the other medication was on back order. I asked the pharmacy tech why I never received an alert and when I could get the second medication. She said she didn't know why I never received an alert and the pharmacist told her to tell me that I need to call other pharmacies to see if the medication was available,how could I when my pcp called the rx's in. It's not my responsibility, I would think that since it was called in by the doctor,that the pharmacy would could contact the doctors office to let them know the status. I will never ever have another rx filled at Walmart pharmacy on Central and Hall street. It's a wrap. Not happy

I have been coming to this Pharmacy for many years, they do their best especially when they are short handed. It is not their fault they Walmart has them short handed but I know this, that he staff gives it their all even when they are busy. Don't complain just because you don't get your way! Thank you Walmart Pharmacy staff for doing your best!

This pharmacy has horrible customer service. Explained that I was from out of town and had left my NEW medication at home. After holding 20 minutes the tech Chavante tells me that she has to okay the request with her pharmacist. After another 10 minutes she comes back to tell me oh sorry for your inconvenience but we don't have this medication in stock. I then asked her if she could check another walmart, because I know they can. She placed me on hold again only to come back to the line with a phone number of another Walmart that I could call myself. The pharmacist Mr. Jin did not even bother to get on the line even though I stated I had recently started this medication and was with out it. No concern for patients .Wish I could give negative star. 😠

I cannot explain how GROSSLY incompetent this pharmacy is. It has been TWO WEEKS since I ordered a life-dependent medication from them, and STILL they don't have it ready. I have driven 20 minutes there from my home 4 times to pick it up. I have spoken with them 5 times on the phone. I once WAITED FOR THEM TO FILL IT AT THE STORE for an HOUR, only to have them come back and tell me that, "sorry, the system isn't working." I HATE this pharmacy. Do not come here!!!!!!!!!!! I am STILL waiting on my medication! I'm literally on the phone with them right now and have been on hold for almost 15 minutes.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would absolutely do it. Every time I’m here it’s unbelievable how awful the service is, how long I have to wait, how screwed up it always is. It’s so exhausting. This is the first time in my entire life I have ever even written an online review. I’ve never sent one of those angry letters that you swear you’re gonna send but I’ve been sitting here in the drive through today for 51 minutes so far. Waiting for two prescriptions called in days ago to be given to me. Only one person ahead of me when I arrived. It’s crazy. Now I’m at 54 minutes and counting. Wow.

I was as nicest as could be on the phone. The lady was impatient and rude, treated me terrible the entire phone conversation. Didn't even say thank you and hung up instead of saying goodbye. This is not how you treat people - in any profession.

Absolute horrible and disrespectful service with a staff that seems to hold one the biggest " gives no sh*ts attitude." Dropped off my prescription and was told I'll be noticed in 30min, an hour and fifteen minutes pass and I walk up asking if my medication is ready and she says, oh yeah!... oh yeah?! She then tells me my insurance covered everything and when charging me, charges a fee and I ask, why am I being charged when you just said it's covered, and she snapped back saying I didn't nothing to you about it full covering... I go BACK to the pharmacy to pick my other prescription up that my doc called in an hour ago and the rude Tech when taking my info down kept on spelling my name wrong and understanding me. (Honestly he should be fired) he then says nothing was called in for you please move aside when you know it's called in, so I can help other people (there was not a car by.) So I walk into Walmart pharmacy and said my doctor said he called it in at 5:40p. And it's 6:45pm. And he said well I can't see anything on file. He then says oh well we have a voicemail system so will go check. Before he can my doctor calls him crapping them out for being ignorant and rude to his patients. The guy checks the voicemail and says sorry... and the other lady says sorry we took some time struggling to find some of your paperwork... ha hmm bull. I left Walmart yet another hour-ish later at 7:49pm. Not. Impressed!!

Probably the worst customer service ever. You'll encounter some of the least intelligent people in the city of Dallas. The employees who work here are barely competent to do their jobs; they cause problems/make mistakes and then blame others when fault clearly rests with them.
