My specialist kept falling asleep during, I spent almost 500 for service to get told that I owe 45 to state , come to find out I actually owed 360 , which I didn't find out till a month later when I got a letter stating I had late payment fees because the total amount wasn't covered in the original 45 I sent . the process took about 4 hrs . Upon trying to get any explanation (including the 800 number, and good luck figuring out there "tax shield " thing and guarantee ) I was sent in one circle after another after another, no one could help me, and after about spending 6 hrs calling anyone and anything, I gave up, and dealt directly the GDR to resolvea final amount , I will not be using this service again.
