I've always had amazing experiences with Lasaters and today was no different. My car had a few issues and the staff could diagnose the issue over the phone and said they could get it done quickly and they did. I appreciate all the extra effort they put forth the help me stay on the road so I can get to work the next day. It's no wonder why they're scheduled so far ahead. LOVE THIS PLACE! I had the best experience today w/Lasater Auto. Super helpful and went out of their way to make sure my mom got my car in the shop and fixed TODAY even though they were super busy. My 2004 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor what was going on a hundred and eighty thousand miles I thought I needed new hubs in the front because I heard a squeaking sound but it turns out that it was my U- joint and they also told me that my upper and lower control arms on the front of the car needed to be replaced the thing that makes me a return customer is that once they got in there they seen they only needed to replace the lower control arms and instead of having to pay $1,700 I only had to pay $1,300 that's an honest mechanic and I brought my car there again since then as well and I'll keep on bringing my car and any other car that somebody asked me about I will tell them to bring it there as well. UPDATE: I have had to do a few more things to the car. It's at 206k miles. A/C compresser blew up and shot metal flakes all through the system. Like $1800 to make it right. So they tell me they can just shut the system off till it gets warm and he even had a spare compresser clutch if I needed it. I just had them make it right tho, but it was nice to have those options. They also fixed my oil cooler and lines, brakes, electrical issues, and sway bar bushings. They keep doing great work and stay honest.
