But Christian Brothers was willing to listen to me, and try a potential diagnosis I found online, which ended up working to fix the problem. They were able to get me back in quickly when the initial work didn’t solve the problem. They were committed to figuring it out. They were very kind and fair throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!

My mom and I were on our way to a friend’s wedding when the car’s rear wheel started wobbling. We stopped by Christian Brothers who not only offered to replace the missing lug nuts, they also offered us a free shuttle to the car rental service of our choice. After being turned down by Enterprise and Avis due to unavailable rentals and a lack of reservation, respectively, we thought our last hope would be KCI Airport when we were contacted that our car would be ready fairly soon and they’d check all our other lug nuts for good measure. We cannot thank Christian Brothers and our shuttle driver, James, enough for saving the day! I wish they could join us for the wedding as a token of our gratitude because they’re a godsend!

We all know going to mechanic can be stressful. For me it was always are they just charging me for unnecessary work. I've finally found a shop that can trust!! I wish I remembered young Haitian man's name who work front counter. He is amazing, very professional welcoming young man. They have shuttle service which I think is pretty awesome. They send you complete breakdown of work and prices through text. It allows you to accept work you want and decline work you don't without pressure of being sold services. Recently have alignment, brakes,pads and boot put on car. Still was driving funny brought it back. They did full inspection ( free) and lmk my tires were bad. Got new tires put on now car is driving great again. I've had a few minor thing also done with this shop, always satisfied!!

I took my car into Midas to get the oil change. Doing their routine inspection they found I had a tie rod that needed replacing. A local tire store recommended Christian Brothers to do the work and then align the front end. I called on a Monday and they set me up for an appointment at one o'clock the next day. I took the car in and by 2:30 they had completed the work satisfactorily. I will use them in the future! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Their initial quote was higher than other places quotes but ended up charging us less than was even quoted by the other places after taxes and all. I had agreed to a price more than the other places mainly because past experiences with them. They could have just charged me that but ended up cheaper than I expected. My experience with Christian Brothers was excellent. They found the source of the problem that caused my battery to frequently lose its charge. The total bill was actually less than they originally estimated. I needed a ride to pick up my car, and that was provided quickly and courteously.
