The prices have gone way up and customer service is very poor now. Very disappointed the last few times. Salon needs improvement and better atmosphere too. Will not be returning.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The best pedicure I’ve ever had, nails that last. And the friendliest staff that takes their time and doesn’t rush. Recommend to all. Services: Pedicures, Dip powder, Acrylic nails, Manicures

I went in as a walk in for two nails repaired and a polish change which initially she said $35 i said that’s way too expensive for a polish change and two nails to be repaired. So I said I will just take regular polish because that’s ridiculous. Then she rushed me to pay before my service was completed. Also once the lady finished my nails which had not even fully dried at all she said oh we are closed now it was about 6:30 and she told me I could finish letting my nails dry in my car!!!! Like how do I pay almost $25 for services then rushed out the door before my nails dry. Just came home and two nails are already messed and some have more coats of polish then others!!!! Was my first time there and will be my last worst customer service and quality was not five star!!! She then told me they have been open 13 years and make all their customers dry their nails like that when they close. Service: Acrylic nails

2 if us, dropped in for a manicure without an appointment and was helped immediately. Placed hands in a hot bag of solution for about 20 minutes and then was asked to start scrubbing our own nails. This caught me off guard especially when they charge more than most other salons. The manicure was good, we'll see how long it lasts.

My first visit to country nail spa was excellent. Due to pandemic I had been away from the salons but it was well worth the visit today my pedicure was done by Tina and the massage was great the place is very clean and they take every precaution to abide with Covid rules. Service: Pedicures

this was my first experience here, i’ve been trying to grow out my eyebrows for 6 weeks now and the lady even asked “just a clean up?” i confirmed yes, that that’s ALL i wanted. i now have lines for eyebrows!!!!!! they are the thinnest i have ever seen!! i wanted to complain but i was on the verge of tears and just wanted to leave.

The man who did my nails seemed irritated and so he did a crappy job on my nails. He was taking long and they were approaching close time so he hurried up and left my nails even worse. I wanted the color to match my toes and he didn't care. He wanted to do what was easiest. I'll never go here again. The other women were nice but my experience with the male employee was awful.
